रायपुर। बेमौसम बारिश। कोरोना कहर। लॉक डाउन और उनके बढ़ते दिन और तीसरे दौर के बीच अब कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स बाजार अंतिम सांस लेता दिख रहा है क्योंकि फरवरी का उत्पादन कालातीत अवधि के करीब आता जा रहा है। खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने सभी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, होलसेल और रिटेल काउंटर को सूचना भेजने की तैयारी कर ली है कि ऐसे कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स की जांच कर ले जो एक्सपायरी डेट के करीब पहुंच चुकी है। कोरोना वायरस से हर उद्योग छोटा हो या बड़ा बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है। नौकरियां जाने लगी है तो उद्योग की सांसे टूटने लगी है। ले-देकर कुछ तो चालू हुए हैं लेकिन उनमें भी इतनी शक्ति नहीं है कि वे जल्द अपनी पुरानी स्थिति में लौट आए। ताजा मामला कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स बाजार से जुड़ा हुआ है। यह उद्योग फरवरी माह में अपना उत्पादन चालू कर देता है और सप्लाई भी साथ-साथ साथ चलती रहती है। इस बार फरवरी माह से अब तक रह-रहकर कुछ दिन के अंतराल में बारिश हो रही है तो कोरोना वायरस ने इस उद्योग पर भी कहर बरपाया है। लॉक डाउन के बाद कारोबारी जगत में ताले लगे हुए हैं ऐसे में बड़ी संख्या में डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से लेकर रिटेल काउंटर तक में अच्छी खासी मात्रा में कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स का स्टॉक जाम हो चुका है। इसमें से कई की कालातीत की अवधि मई और जून माह में खत्म होने वाली है। इससे होने वाले नुकसान को देखते हुए खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन में कंपनियों से लेकर रिटेल काउंटर तक इसकी सूचना भिजवाने की तैयारी कर दी है कि विक्रय के पहले इसका ध्यान अवश्य रखें अन्यथा लेने के देने पड़ सकते हैं।
फरवरी से उत्पादन मध्य जून तक बाजार
कोल्ड ड्रिंक का बाजार फरवरी माह से लेकर जून माह तक माना जाता है इसमें बीच में बारिश हो गई तो दोबारा कारोबार जमाने में 15 दिन का समय लगता है लेकिन इस बार मौसम शायद कोल्ड ड्रिंक से खफा है तभी तो लगभग हर पखवाड़े बारिश हो रही है। इससे संभलता बाजार फिर से गिर जाता है। इस बार मौसम के साथ कोरोनावायरस ने सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान पहुंचाया है। इधर मार्च से लेकर अब तक इसका कहर जारी है। लॉक डाउन के बाद तो यह पूरी तरह संकट में आ चुका है। अब मई मध्य और जून का पहला पकवाड़ा ही अंतिम उम्मीद है। यदि इस बीच सुधार नहीं आया तो नुकसान का आंकड़ा उद्योग को पूरी तरह तबाह कर सकता है।
डिमांड काउंटरों में ताला
कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स का सबसे बड़ा बिक्री केंद्र हॉटल, रेस्टोरेंट्स, फूड काउंटर, बस स्टेंड, रेलवे स्टेशन, टी एंड कॉफी काउंटर, फास्ट फूड सेंटर इन सभी में ताला लगा हुआ है जिसके खुलने की उम्मीद को लेकर चारों तरफ अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है। इन सभी सेल काउंटर काउंटरों के बंद होने से कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स कंपनियों को तगड़ा झटका लगा है।
अब वेंटीलेटर पर उद्योग
ताजा स्थिति के बाद यह उद्योग चारों तरफ से असुरक्षित हो चुका है क्योंकि जब तक स्थिति सामान्य होगी तब तक बारिश का मौसम दस्तक दे चुका होगा याने एक झटके में पूरा प्रोडक्ट बेकार हो जाने वाला है क्योंकि इनकी सेल्फलाइफ या फिर कालातीत अवधि खत्म होने के लिए तेजी से करीब आ चुके हैं। ऐसे में इसका विक्रय मुसीबत में डाल सकता है।
फूड एंड सेफ्टी का अलर्ट
खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन के अनुसार बिना गैस के पैक किया जाने वाला कोल्ड ड्रिंक की एक्सपायरी डेट उत्पादन के बाद 3 माह की होती है जबकि गैस वाले कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स की कालातित अवधि कम से कम 5 से 7 माह की होती है। अधिकांश कोल्ड ड्रिंक की कंपनियां फरवरी लगते ही उत्पादन चालू कर देती है और सप्लाई भी साथ-साथ किया करती है। और इसी माह से बेमौसम बारिश जारी है। कोरोनावायरस के बाद यह बाजार पूरी तरह खतरे में आ चुका है। अब खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने कंपनियों से लेकर रिटेल काउंटरों को सूचना भेजने की तैयारी कर ली है कि स्थिति बहाल होते ही विक्रय के पहले एक एक्सपायरी डेट की जांच करें अन्यथा लेने के देने पड़ सकते हैं।
एक्सपायरी प्रोडक्ट तत्काल नष्ट करें
प्रशासन ने ऐसे सभी कारोबारियों से कहा है कि बाजार जब भी खुलेगा तब सबसे पहले हर कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स की पैकिंग की जांच करें और एक्सपायरी हो चुकी प्रोडक्ट को या तो खुद नष्ट करें या कंपनियों को वापस भेजें। नहीं लेने की स्थिति में ऐसे उत्पादन खुद नष्ट करें या स्थानीय निकाय की मदद लें। इस काम में विभाग के सुरक्षा अधिकारी से भी मदद ली जा सकती है।
