प्रधानमंत्री ने की सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों से चर्चा

नई दिल्ली — प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज पाँचवी बार कोरोना को लेकर मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिये समीक्षा बैठक की। इस बैठक में मुख्यमंत्रियों ने उन्हें अपने-अपने राज्यों की स्थिति की जानकारी दी। इस दौरान प्रवासी मजदूरों को लेकर भी चर्चा हुई। बैठक के दौरान पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री ने कोरोना के समय राजनीति से परहेज की बात भी की। बैठक के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा दुनियाँ का कहना है कि हम सफलतापूर्वक कोरोना के खिलाफ इस पूरी लड़ाई में लड़ रहे हैं। इसमें सभी राज्य सरकारों ने भी अहम भूमिका निभायी है। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि हमने शुरू से इस बात पर जोड़ दिया कि जो जहांँ हैं वहीं रहें। लेकिन घर जाना मानव का स्वभाव होता है इसलिये हमने अपना निर्णय बदला। इसके बावजूद, हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि यह बीमारी गांवों में नहीं फैले , यही हमारी बड़ी चुनौती है।
बैठक में मौजूद गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आरोग्य सेतु मोबाइल एप के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला और मुख्यमंत्रियों से इसके डाउनलोड को लोकप्रिय बनाने के लिये आग्रह किया, क्योंकि इससे वायरस के प्रसार पर नज़र रखने में मदद मिलेगी।तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव इस बात पर आशंका जाहिर की है कि ट्रेन सेवा की शुरुआत होने पर कोरोना संक्रमण फैल सकता है और स्क्रीनिंग करना मुश्किल हो जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा, “हम पूरी तरह से स्थिति का मुकाबला करने के लिए तैयार हैं। ट्रेन सेवा की इजाजत नही दी जानी चाहिये। हम चाहते हैं कि केन्द्र पर्याप्त रणनीति तैयार करें और ट्रेन सेवा को रोका जाना चाहिये।” प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ राज्यों की बैठक में तमिलनाडु ने एनएचएम फंड जल्द से जल्द जारी करने की मांग करते हुये राज्य के लिये 2000 करोड़ रुपये की विशेष मदद और लंबित पड़ी जीएसटी की राशि जारी करने को कहा। आंध्रप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री जगनमोहन रेड्डी ने पीएम मोदी के साथ बैठक के दौरान कहा कि राज्य में करी 30 हजार लोगों को अतिसंवेदनशील मानकर उनकी जांच की गई। हमें हालात सामान्य करने की और उस कलंक के धब्बे को खत्म करने की जरूरत है।
कोरोना पॉजिटिव परिवार सामाजिक बहिष्कार का सामना कर रहे हैं। छग मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रेल सेवा शुरू होने से वर्तमान स्थिति में बदलाव आयेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रेगुलर ट्रेन और हवाई सेवा, अंतर्राज्यीय बस परिवहन की शुरुआत राज्य सरकारों से विचार विमर्श कर किया जाना चाहिये। उन्होंने श्रमिकों के परिवहन के लिये एसडीएमआरसी मद से राशि व्यय किये जाने की अनुमति देने का भी सुझाव दिया।
