रायपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत ने गुरुवार को राजधानी रायपुर के टाटीबंध स्थित अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) पहुंचकर यहां भर्ती कोरोना संक्रमितों व मरीजों का हाल जाना। प्रदेश के पहले जनप्रतिनिधि के रूप में एम्स पहुंचे डॉ. महंत ने कोरोना संक्रमितों का हाल जानते हुए एम्स के डायरेक्टर डॉ. नितिन नागरकर के साथ मुआयना कर कोरोना संक्रमितों के इलाज की तैयारियों, किये जा रहे उपचार के संबंध में गहन चर्चा की। उन्होंने कोरोना संक्रमितों के उपचार में आवश्यकताओं को लेकर हर तरह के सहयोग का विश्वास दिलाया है। डॉ. महंत ने मरीजों की सेवा में लगे सभी चिकित्सकों व स्टाफ की हौसला अफजाई कर उनके द्वारा की जा रही सेवा के प्रति पूरे प्रदेशवासियों की ओर से आभार भी जताया। डॉ. महंत ने कहा कि कोविड-19 कोरोना संक्रमण से आज समूचा विश्व परेशान है। मानव जीवन में उत्पन्न यह समस्या विकराल रूप ले चुकी है जिसमें हजारों लोगों को जान गवानी पड़ी है तो लाखों लोग संक्रमित होने से जीवन-मृत्यु से संघर्षरत हैं। भारत और छत्तीसगढ़ भी इससे अछूता नहीं है लेकिन अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में छत्तीसगढ़ में हालात अच्छे हैं। एम्स में लाए जा रहे संक्रमित मरीजों का बड़ी ही तेजी से ठीक होना इसका प्रमाण है कि पूरे मनोयोग से हमारे चिकित्सक कोरोना को परास्त करने में लगे हुए हैं। राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव के मार्गदर्शन में चिकित्सकों के द्वारा उठाये गए ऐतिहातन निर्णयों से अब तक 17 लोग स्वस्थ होकर अपने घर सकुशल लौट चुके हैं, ये इनके प्रयासों की सफलता है। उन्होंने उपचाररत मरीजों के भी शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की कामना की।
याद रहे कोरोना का हॉट स्पॉट बन चुके कोरबा जिले के कटघोरा के वर्तमान हालातों एवं संक्रमितों को लेकर जिलाधीश एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों से डॉ. महंत लगातार संपर्क में हैं। एम्स में डॉ. महंत के साथ ओएसडी अमित पाण्डेय, प्रदेश युवा कांग्रेस सचिव अजहर खान भी उपस्थित रहे।
