जमातियों के जानकारी छिपाने पर लगेगी हत्या की धारा

राजनांदगांव — कलेक्टर एवं जिला दंडाधिकारी ने जानकारी छिपाने पर तबलिगी जमात के लोगों के खिलाफ अब हत्या का मामला दर्ज होगा किये जाने का आदेश दिया है। जारी किये गये आदेश के मुताबिक राजनांदगांव में तबलिगी जमात के अनुयायियों संख्या काफी है और तबलिगी जमात के लोगों ने जिले में कई जगहों पर भ्रमण भी किया है। विगत दिवस प्रदेश में जमात के लोगों में ही संक्रमण अधिक पाया गया है। इसलिये उन्होंने आदेश जारी कर कहा है कि एक मार्च के बाद अपने घर से छग या प्रदेश से बाहर कहीं भी प्रवास किये हों या फिर उनके घरों में दूसरे जगहों के लोग रह रहे हैं, तो इसकी जानकारी तत्काल संबंधित एसडीएम को दें। अगर इस तरह की कोई जानकारी छिपायी जाती है तो राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 के तहत व भारतीय दंड सहिता की धारा 302 और 307 के तहत दंड के भागी होंगे।
कलेक्टर ने अपने आदेश में कहा है कि मेरे कार्यालय से पूर्व में जारी आदेशों के तहत् समस्त धार्मिक,सांस्कृतिक एवं सामाजिक कार्यकमों पर रोक लगायी गयी है । इसी तारतम्य में यह भी स्पष्ट है कि सभी धर्मिक स्थलों में आम व्यक्तियों के लिये पूजा, आराधना एवं दर्शन पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है, केवल धार्मिक किया या अनुष्ठान करने वाले धार्मिक गुरूओं को ही पूजा-अर्चना की अनुमति प्रदान की गयी है । उक्त आदेश का सभी धार्मिक संगठन कड़ाई से पालन करें ।
