मुस्लिम देशों के संगठन OIC ने कश्मीर पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पर जताई चिंता, भारत ने दिया जवाब
नई दिल्ली। कश्मीर के लिए लागू अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के बरकरार रखा है. 57 इस्लामिक देशों के संगठन इस्लामिक सहयोग संगठन (OIC) ने इस फैसले पर बयान जारी कर चिंता जताई है. भारत ने ओआईसी के बयान को खारिज करते हुए इसे संगठन की विश्वसनीयता को कम करने वाला करार दिया. ओआईसी ने अपने बयान में कहा, ‘ओआईसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मान्यता प्राप्त क्षेत्र में 5 अगस्त 2019 से बदलाव के मकसद से उठाए गए सभी अवैध और एकतरफा उपायों को उलटने के अपने आह्वान को दोहराता है. संगठन जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोगों के आत्मनिर्णय के अधिकार के साथ अपनी एकजुटता दिखाता है. संगठन अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से आह्वान करता है कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के प्रासंगिक प्रावधानों के अनुसार जम्मू-कश्मीर मुद्दे का हल निकाला जाए.’
पाकिस्तान ने भी दी है प्रतिक्रिया
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्रालय ने एक बयान जारी कर खारिज किया है. बयान में कहा गया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर का विवाद एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय विवाद है, जो सात दशकों से संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के एजेंडे में शामिल है. जम्मू कश्मीर को लेकर अंतिम फैसला संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के प्रस्तावों और कश्मीरी लोगों की इच्छा के अनुसार किया जाना है. भारत को कश्मीरी लोगों और पाकिस्तान की इच्छा के खिलाफ इस पर एकतरफा फैसला लेने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है.
ओईओसी के बयान को किया खारिज
भारत ने भारतीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक फैसले पर इस्लामिक सहयोग संगठन (ओआईसी) के जनरल सचिवालय द्वारा जारी बयान को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि यह ग़लत सूचना और ग़लत इरादा दोनों है. ओआईसी ऐसा मानवाधिकारों के क्रमिक उल्लंघनकर्ता और सीमा पार आतंकवाद के एक बेपरवाह प्रमोटर के इशारे पर करता है, जिससे उसकी कार्रवाई और भी संदिग्ध हो जाती है. ऐसे बयान केवल ओआईसी की विश्वसनीयता को कमजोर करते हैं.
