बिलासपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान के समस्त इंटर्न डॉक्टरों का 29 मार्च को इंटरशिप समाप्त हो रहा है। स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन से जूनियर डॉक्टरों ने कुछ मांगे रखते हुए अपनी बातें कहीं हैं जिसे सिम्स प्रबंधन विभाग नजरअंदाज कर रही है।
सभी इंटर्न डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि अभी हम JR बन के काम करेंगे तो वो रूरल सर्विस में काउंट होना चाहिए,
क्या ये ज़्यादा सही नही है कि हम इमरजेंसी में अपनी सेवाएं इस शर्त के साथ दें कि हमारा बांड पूरी तरह से dissolve यानी कि खत्म होना चाहिए
और
इसके अलावा हम इंटरशिप वालों को रिस्क allowance, protection equipments, और हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस भी मिलनी चाहिए।
इन बातों को मानने पर ही काम कर पाएंगे ऐसा उनका कहना है।
स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग इंटर्न डॉक्टरो से सेवायें लेना चाहती है, लेकिन उन्हें मूलभूत सुविधाएं देने से वंचित रख रही है स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रशासन को गम्भीरता से इस विचार कर निर्णय लेनी चाहिये ।
