गड़बो नव छत्तीसगढ़ की अवधारणा पर होगा हमर छत्तीसगढ़ का विकास
रायपुर — आज विधानसभा में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने संस्कृत के श्लोक “सर्वे भवन्तु सुखीन:….सर्वे सन्तु निरामाया…सर्वे भद्राणी पश्यंतु … मा कश्चित दु:ख भाग भवेत् ” के साथ अपने बजट की शुरुआत की। आगे मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण योजना के लिये 60 करोड़ का प्रावधान। चार लाख लोगों का ईलाज किया जा चुका है। एनिमिया निदान के लिये काम किया जा रहा है। महतारी जतन योजना में 30 करोड़ का प्रावधान है। मलेरिया मुक्त बस्तर अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। गंभीर बीमारी के ईलाज के लिये 20 लाख का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा 17 लाख 34 हजार किसानों का कर्ज माफ किया।
हाट बाजार में स्वास्थ्य सुविधा के लिये 13 करोड़।जिला अस्पताल में सिकल सेल यूनिट स्थापित की जायेगी। हर साल युवा महोत्सव के आयोजन के लिये पाँच करोड़ का प्रावधान है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने शिक्षाकर्मियों के लिए बड़ा ऐलान किया गया है। राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश के 16 हजार शिक्षाकर्मियों के संविलियन का ऐलान बजट में किया है। इन शिक्षाकर्मियों का ऐलान 1 जुलाई 2020 से किया जायेगा। इस बजट में किसानों के लिये भी बड़ा ऐलान किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने धान के अंतर राशि के भुगतान के लिये राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना शुरू करने का ऐलान कर 5100 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया है।
