नशे के कारोबारी पर दुर्ग पुलिस की कार्यवाही
दुर्ग . जिले में नषेे के अवैध सौदागरों के खिलाफ मुहिम चलाने हेतु, पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय शलभ सिन्हा (भा.पु.से.) के द्वारा नशे के सौदागरों की पतासाजी कर उनके विरूद्ध कार्यवाही करने निर्देश प्राप्त हुये थे, जिसके परिपालन में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक (ग्रामीण) अनंत साहू (रा.पु.से.), उप पुलिस अधीक्षक (क्राईम) राजीव शर्मा (रा.पु.से.), निरीक्षक (ए.सी.सी.यू) एवं निरीक्षक कपिल देव पाण्डेय थाना प्रभारी उतई के मार्गदर्शन में ए.सी.सी.यू व थाना उतई की एक संयुक्त टीम गठित कर टीम को कार्यवाही हेतु लगाया गया था। टीम द्वारा नषेे के कारोबारियों पर सतत् निगाह रखी जा रही थी, विशेष सूत्र भी लगाये गये थे। जेल से रिहा हुये पूर्व के आदतन नशे के कारोबारियों पर निगाह रखी जा रही थी। इसी दौरान पुलिस टीम को विशेष सूत्रों से पता चला कि एक व्यक्ति वाहन टोयोटा इनोवा क्रमांक सीजी 04 टीए 1755 में एक काला रंग के बैग के अंदर गांजा रखकर दुर्ग से अपने घर डुमरडीह उतई की ओर अवैध मादक पदार्थ परिवहन कर आ रहा है। टीम द्वारा दुर्ग-उतई मार्ग पर मिनीमाता चैक के सामने मुख्य मार्ग उतई पर घेराबंदी कर वाहन टोयोटा इनोवा क्रमांक सीजी 04 टीए 1755 को रोक कर चेक किया गया, वाहन में सवार दो व्यक्ति से पुछताछ करने पर अपना नाम पता 01. अजय क्षत्रिय पिता स्व0 गजाधर क्षत्रिय उम्र 36 साल साकिन वार्ड क्रमांक 18 डुमरडीह थाना उतई 02. रोषन साहू पिता रामकुमार साहू उम्र 24 साल साकिन पंचषील नगर दुर्ग थाना व जिला दुर्ग बताये जिनको पकड़ा गया, आरोपी के कब्जे से वाहन के में रखे काले कलर के बैग के अन्दर दो पैकेट में रखा अवैध मनोत्तेजक मादक पदार्थ गांजा 04 किलोग्राम कीमती 32000 रू0, दो नग वीवो का मोबाईल कीमती 20,000 रूपये, घटना में प्रयुक्त वाहन टोयोटा इनोवा क्रमांक सीजी 04 टीए 1755 कीमती 4,50,000 एवं नगदी रकम 1250 रूपये कुल जुमला कीमती 5,03,250 रूपये को बरामद कर आरोपीगण को हिरासत में लिया गया। आरोपियों के विरूद्ध एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत अग्रिम कार्यवाही थाना उतई से की जा रही है।थाना उतई क्षेत्र मे 04 कि.ग्राम गांजा आरोपी से बरामद।
तकरीबन 32,000 रूपये का गांजा एवं वाहन टोयोटा इनोवा क्रमांक सीजी 04 टीए 1755 कीमती 4,50,000 रूपये बरामद।
दुर्ग-पाटन मार्ग में ग्राम उतई के मिनीमाता चैक पास आरोपी को घेराबंदी कर पकड़ा गया।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी के विरूद्ध पूर्व में थाना उतई से आबकारी के मामले में हो चुकी है कार्यवाही।
