रायपुर.राज्य शासन द्वारा ग्रामीण उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने एवं रोजगार सृजित करने के उद्देश्य से रीपा योजना प्रारंभ किया गया है। जिसके तहत राज्य के विभिन्न ब्लॉकों में व्यवसाय एवं लघु उद्योगों को प्राथमिकता के साथ बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। रीपा योजना किस तरह से रोजगार मूलक कार्यों के माध्यम से लोगों के जीवन में बदलाव ला रही है, इसकी एक बानगी रायगढ़ जिले के बैहामुड़ा में स्थित रीपा में देखने को मिली। रीपा रोजगार मूलक कार्यों के साथ उद्यमी सृजित करने का कार्य यहां किया जा रहा है। यहां की निवासी सुश्री ऐश कुमारी राठिया, जिन्होंने स्नातक और डीसीए की शिक्षा प्राप्त की है। उसके पश्चात उन्होंने रीपा में स्वयं का सीएससी सेंटर प्रारंभ किया है। जहां ऑनलाइन फार्म, आधार से पैसा निकासी, फोटो कापी, टाइपिंग, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटोग्राफी जैसे कार्य कर रही है। वर्तमान में अपने काम को विस्तार देते हुए कियोस्क शाखा प्रारंभ करने की ओर कार्य कर रही है। जिससे ग्रामीणों को गांव में ही बैंक की सुविधा मिल सके एवं खाता खुलवाने, फसल बीमा, केवाईसी की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो सकें। ऐश कुमारी गांव के बुजुर्गों को पैसे निकासी हेतु घर पहुंच सेवा भी प्रदान करती हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह सब रीपा के कारण संभव हो पाया हैं, जहां उन्हें वर्किंग शेड, जरूरी तकनीकी उपकरण के साथ हर कार्य में सहयोग मिल रहा हैं। जिससे वह हर माह 12 से 15 हजार रुपये तक की आय अर्जित कर पा रही हैं। इसी तरह रायगढ़ के ही विकासखंड पुसौर के ग्राम तरड़ा निवासी सुश्री ममता पाव ने रीपा तरडा में सीएससी सेंटर संचालित कर रही है। उनके द्वारा आधार कार्ड, पेन कार्ड, श्रमिक कार्ड बनाने के साथ ही पेंशन के ऑनलाईन फार्म भरने जैसे सभी कार्य किए जा रहे है। रीपा में भी सीएससी सेंटर चलाने हेतु 01 लाख का वर्किंग केपिटल दिया गया। साथ ही वर्किंग शेड भी प्रदान किया गया। जहां से ममता पाव अपना कार्य संचालित करती है। उनके द्वारा रकम निकासी की सुविधा भी प्रदान की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही कालेज के ऑनलाईन फार्म भरे गये। जिससे उन्हें लगभग 20 हजार रुपये तक की आय प्राप्त हो रही है। सीएससी सेंटर प्रारंभ होने से गांव में ही ग्रामीणों को काफी सहायता मिल रही है।
