बिलासपुर -:- बिल्हा ब्लॉक के ग्राम उर्तुम शासकीय हाईस्कूल में जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने छात्राओं के बीच सायकल वितरण किया। कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय गणमान्य लोगों के अलावा स्कूल स्टाफ समेत पंचायत कर्मचारी और अधिकारियों ने भी शिरकत किया। गौरहा ने छात्राओं की पढ़ाई के प्रति लगन को लेकर खुशी का इजहार किया। उन्होने बताया की जमाना 21 वीं सदी का है। लड़कियों ने हर मोर्चे पर सफलता का परचम लहराया है। देशवासियों को अपनी बेटियों पर नाज है।
उर्तुम हाईस्कूल हाईस्कूल में अंकित गौरहा ने 36 छात्राओं को सायकल का वितरण किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने कहा कि सायकल योजना शुरू होने से पहले छात्राओं में शिक्षा का दर बहुत ही कम था। पढ़ाई लिखाई का दायरा केवल शहरी क्षेत्र की छात्राओं तक ही सीमित था। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्कूल की दूरी अधिक होने के कारण छात्राएं पढ़ाई लिखाई से वंचित हो जाती थी।
जिला पंचायत सभापति गौरहा ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि सरकार ने बच्चियों की परेशानियों को गंभीरता से लिया। इसके बाद सायकल योजना का शुभारम्भ हुआ। आज दूर दराज गांव से बच्चियां सायकल चलाकर स्कूल पहुंच रही है। योजना शुरू होने के बाद साल दर साल खासकर ग्रामीण बच्चियों और अभिभावकों में शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ी है। बच्चियों ने भी निराश नहीं किया। हर साल मेरिट स्थान बनाकर बच्चियों ने घर परिवार गांव और शहर का नाम रोशन किया है।
वीरेंद्र गौरहा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि बघेल सरकार बच्चियों के साथ है। सरकार का प्रयास है कि बच्चियां देश के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन करें। अच्छे अंक से पास होकर देश के विकास में ज्यादा से ज्यादा सहभागिता निभाएं।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान, शाला विकास समिति के अध्यक्ष सुमन गौरहा, वीणा गौरहा, प्राचार्य प्रभाश शांडिल्य शिक्षक, शिक्षिकाएं व छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ ग्रामवासी भी उपस्थित रहें ।
