रायपुर । बस्तर सांसद दीपक बैज को छत्तीसगढ़ का कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। विदित हो कि बस्तर सांसद दीपक बैज को छत्तीसगढ़ का कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। आदिवासी चेहरे की जगह नए आदिवासी चेहरे को जगह मिली है। पिछले कई महीनों से मोहन मारकम को हटाए जाने की चर्चा हो रही थी। आखिरकार अब आदिवासी नेता दीपक बैज को प्रदेश की कमान सौंपी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने ट्वीट करके दीपक बैज को बधाई दी है, और मोहन मरकाम के सफल नेतृत्व का आभार जताया है। छत्तीसगढ़ में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले कांग्रेस ने दूसरी बार बड़ा फेरबदल किया है। इससे पहले कांग्रेस ने स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टीएस सिंह देव को डिप्टी सीएम बनाया था । दीपक बैज छत्तीसगढ़ की बस्तर संसदीय सीट से सांसद हैं। 2019 के आम चुनाव में उन्होंने बड़े अंतर से यह सीट जीती थी। उससे पहले वे चित्रकोट विधानसभा सीट से विधायक थे। सांसद बनने के बाद उन्होंने विधानसभा से इस्तीफा दिया था। इस सीट पर हुए उपचुनाव में कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार राजमन बेंजाम ने जीत दर्ज की थी।
जानिए दीपक बैज का राजनीतिक सफर:-
14 जुलाई 1981 को बस्तर के गढिया में जन्में दीपक बैज ने राजनीतिक यात्रा की शुरुआत छात्र जीवन से की थी। 2008 में वे NSUI के जिलाध्यक्ष बनाए गए थे। • 2009 में वे युवा कांग्रेस के बस्तर जिला महासचिव बने। 2013 में पहली बार उन्हें विधानसभा का टिकट मिला, और उन्होंने जीत दर्ज की। 2018 के चुनाव में जीत दर्ज की। 2019 में हुए लोकसभा चुनाव में बस्तर से सासंद बने।
