बिलासपुर। हजारों की संख्या में लोग हुए शामिल एक विश्व एक स्वास्थ्य थीम पर मनाया गया अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस, विकासखण्ड मुख्यालयों सहित गांवों में भी मनाया गया योग दिवस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर उत्साह एवं खुशी के माहौल में जिला स्तरीय योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन बहतराई इंडोर स्टेडियम में हुआ। एक विश्व एक स्वास्थ्य थीम एवं हर घर आंगन योग संदेश पर केंद्रित यह कार्यक्रम संसदीय सचिव श्रीमती रश्मि आशीष सिंह के मुख्य आतिथ्य में हुआ। इस दौरान जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष अरूण सिंह चौहान, जिला पंचायत सदस्य अंकित गौरहा, जिला सहकारी केंद्रीय बैंक के अध्यक्ष प्रमोद नायक, संभागायुक्त भीम सिंह, कलेक्टर सौरभ कुमार, विजय केशरवानी ने भी योगाभ्यास किया। हजारों की संख्या में बच्चों एवं नागरिकों ने योगाभ्यास एवं प्राणायाम किया। इस अवसर पर ब्रम्हाकुमारी दीदी मंजू सहित सात से अधिक योग प्रशिक्षकों, योगाचार्या के मागदर्शन में प्रतिभागियों द्वारा योगाभ्यास, ताड़ासन, वक्रासन, प्राणायाम जैसे अनुलोम विलोम, कपालभाति, भुजंगासन, भ्रामरी जैसे आसानों का अभ्यास एवं ध्यान किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में संसदीय सचिव श्रीमती रश्मि आशीष सिंह ने सभी को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि नियमित रूप से योग करने पर शरीर में सकरात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है। जीवन को सही दिशा देने के लिए योग, ज्ञान एवं ध्यान आवश्यक है। इसके माध्यम से जीवन को संतुलित किया जा सकता है। योगासान हमारी शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधात्मक क्षमता को बढ़ाते है और बीमारियों को दूर करते है। अपने व्यस्त दिनचर्या से समय निकालकर हमें अवश्य योग करना चाहिए। योग से न केवल शरीर अपितु मन भी स्वस्थ रहता है। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम आयुक्त श्री कुणाल दुदावत, एडीएम श्री आरए कुरूवंशी, समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारी सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी, विभिन्न योग संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि और गणमान्य नागरिक मौजूद थे।

जिले में विभिन्न स्थानों में हुआ योगाभ्यास –

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस के अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न स्थानों में भी योगाभ्यास किया गया। जिले के सभी विकासखण्डों, नगरीय निकायों में सामूहिक रूप से योगाभ्यास किया गया। इसके साथ ही सामाजिक एवं ऐतिहासिक स्थलों पर पर भी योगाभ्यास किया गया। हरिहर ऑक्सीजन के सदस्यों ने विवेकानंद उद्यान में विश्व योग दिवस पर योग कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए । योग प्रशिक्षक एसपी रजक के नेतृत्व में सदस्यों ने योगाभ्यास किये ।
