बिलासपुर । शनिवार को योग साइंस विभाग के शिक्षक और विद्यार्थियों और राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के स्वयंसेवकों ने गोद ग्राम लोफन्दी की प्राथमिक और माध्यमिक स्कूल में योग शिविर आयोजित की।
वर्तमान दौड़ भाग के जीवन मे लोग अपने सेहत के बारे में ध्यान देना कम कर दिया है। इसके चलते के लोग किसी न किसी बीमारी या रोग से पीड़ित हैं। लोगों को जीवनभर फिट रखने के लिए योग करना चाहिए। योग को जन जन तक पहुंचना जरूरी है। ये बाते अटल बिहारी विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति ड़ा अरुण दिवाकर नाथ बाजपेयी ने कहा। शनिवार को अटल बिहारी विश्वविद्यालय के योग साइंस विभाग के शिक्षक और विद्यार्थियों ने विश्वविद्यालय के गोदग्राम ग्राम लोफन्दी के प्राथमिक और माध्यमिक स्कूल। में योग शिविर आयोजित की। इस दौरान छोटे छोटे बच्चों को छत्तीसगढ़ी भाषा मे समझकर योग कराया। इस दौरान भारी संख्या में बच्चे उपस्थित रहें। योग शिक्षक सत्यम तिवारी ने बच्चों को सूक्ष्म व्यायाम करने से होने वाले फायदे के बारे में जानकारी। इसके बाद योग विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डा गौरव साहू ने कहा कि अभी स्कूलों के बाद ग्राम पंचायतों में योग शिविर लगाई जाएगी। ताकि सभी लोग सेहत के प्रति जगरुक रहे। योग शिक्षक व प्रोफेसर सत्यम तिवारी ने बताया कि 250 स्कुली बच्चों को योगा कराया है। इस अवसर पर प्रोफेसर सत्यम तिवारी, पूजा यादव, दुर्गेश पटेल, शानू, लोकेश, श्वेता , रोशनी देवांगन, प्रिया साहू, इंदु साहू, अंजली, किरण साहू, नीतीश साहू समेत सभी छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे।
बच्चों को स्वस्थ्य रखना उद्देश्य
छोटे छोटे बच्चों को स्वास्थ्य रखना योग शिविर का मुख्य उद्देश्य है। स्वस्थ्य रहेंगे तभी बच्चे आगे बढ़ पाएंगे। वर्तमान में बच्चों का मोबाइल गेम में लत लग गया। जिससे वे डिस्टर्ब रहते हैं। इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए बच्चों को योग से जोड़ा जा रहा है।
