छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के संयुक्त महामंत्री पद पर कांग्रेस पार्टी के लिए निष्ठापूर्वक जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन कर रहे युवा नेता अमित पाण्डेय को छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत ने अपना ओएसडी नियुक्त किया है। राजधानी रायपुर के युवा नेता अमित पाण्डेय को भारत सरकार के पूर्व केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग राज्य मंंत्री व पूर्व पीसीसी चीफ डॉ. चरणदास महंत के बतौर प्रतिनिधि एवं पीसीसी में प्रभारी सचिव सहित प्रदेश प्रतिनिधि का दायित्व संभाल चुके अमित पाण्डेय को छत्तीसगढ़ शासन सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार अनुभव एवं विशिष्ट कर्तव्यस्थ अधिकारी (ओएसडी) के पद पर छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा (संविदा नियुक्ति) नियम 2012 की कंडिका 4 (4) के प्रावधानों के तहत विशिष्ट नियुक्ति प्रदान की गई है। अमित पाण्डेय का पद विधानसभा के उप सचिव के समकक्ष होगा।
