सतीशचंद्र वर्मा महाधिवक्ता के निर्देश पर ए जी कार्यालय फुल्ली अपडेट : ई मेल से तत्काल मिलेगी दायर केस की फाइल सरकारी विभागों को

बिलासपुर। उच्च न्यायालय में शासन के विरुद्ध दायर होने वाले मुकदमों की फाइल जैसे ही महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय पहुंचेगी, उसे अब सम्बन्धित विभागों में ई मेल के जरिये तुरंत भेज दी जायेगी, ताकि वे समय पर पूरी तैयारी के साथ जवाब पेश कर सकें। दरअसल, समय पर जवाब नहीं दे पाने के कारण अनेक मुकदमों में पक्षकार को स्थगन मिल जाता है अब ऐसी परिस्थिति को रोका जा सकेगा।
महाधिवक्ता सतीश चंद्र वर्मा ने पदभार ग्रहण करने के बाद ही पैपरलेस कार्रवाई पर विशेष जोर दिया ताकि शासन का पक्ष शीघ्रता और मजबूती के साथ रखने में मदद मिले। शासन के विरुद्ध दायर होने वाले मुकदमों की एडवांस कॉपी महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय में पहुंचती है। अब यह कॉपी स्कैन कर सम्बन्धित विभागों को ई मेल से भेज दी जायेगी। ई मेल से विभाग को कॉपी मिल जाने पर वे जवाब की तैयारी फौरन प्रारंभ कर सकेंगे और समय पर तथ्य और रिकार्ड्स मिल जाने पर प्रकरण को शासन के पक्ष में मजबूत बनाया जा सकेगा। इसके लिए महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय में इंटरनेट तथा वाई-फाई की व्यवस्था की गई है। उल्लेखनीय है कि महाधिवक्ता वर्मा ने जवाब दावा दाखिल करने के मामलों की बड़ी संख्या को देखते हुए पदभार ग्रहण करते समय ही इस प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने की बात कही थी।
