सरकार का आदेश हाईकोर्ट ने किया रद्द : सहकारी समितियों को भंग का मुद्दा

बिलासपुर– हाईकोर्ट ने आज राज्य सरकार के उस आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया है, जिसके अंतर्गत सरकार ने प्रदेश के 1333 सोसाइटियों को भंग कर दिया था। अब इस मामले में सोसाइटियों की याचिका पर सुनवाई होगी। चीफ जस्टिस वाली बेंच इस मामले की सुनवाई करेगी।
मालूम हो, कि 2019 में भूपेश सरकार ने राज्य भर की 1333 साख सहकारी समितियों को भंग करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया था। इसके साथ ही नई समितियों का पुनर्गठन करने हेतु प्रावधान सरकार ने लाया था। जिसे प्रदेशभर के सहकारी समितियों द्वारा उच्च न्यायालय में चुनौती दी गई थी। मामले में कुल 170 से ज्यादा याचिकाएं दाखिल की गई थी। जिस पर एक साथ सुनवाई हुई। सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने इन याचिकाओं को स्वीकार करते हुए राज्य शासन के आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने यह माना है कि प्रजातांत्रिक तरीके से चुनी हुई समितियों को भंग करना गलत है।
