रायपुर । गत दिवस राज्यपाल के सचिव सोनमणि बोरा ने कलेक्ट्रोरेट परिसर स्थित रेड क्रॉस भवन के राज्य कार्यालय में इंडियन रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी छत्तीसगढ़ शाखा के अध्यक्ष पद का पदभार ग्रहण किया, तत्पश्चात उन्होंने संक्षिप्त बैठक ली। इस अवसर पर श्री बोरा ने कहा कि रेडक्रॉस संस्था के कार्य में सेवा भावना समाहित है। इसे मूर्त रूप प्रदान करने के लिए जल्द ही राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री और मुख्य सचिव से चर्चा करने के पश्चात् नवीन कार्ययोजना बनाई जाएगी। भविष्य में विकासखंड मुख्यालयों के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में भी रेडक्रॉस के माध्यम से दवा दुकान प्रारंभ करने की रूपरेखा बनाई जाएगी। साथ ही इन दुकानों में जेनरिक दवाईयां अधिक से अधिक उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही राज्य में नवीन प्रबंध समिति का गठन किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए जिला शाखा से नाम आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही उत्कृष्ट एवं विशेष कार्य करने वाली जिला शाखा को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य भर में रेड क्रास के कार्यों को गति देने के लिए शालाओं और महाविद्यालयों में जूनियर एवं यूथ रेडक्रॉस का पंजीयन किया जाएगा। श्री बोरा ने बताया कि रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी छत्तीसगढ़ द्वारा समस्त जिलों में दान एवं सदस्यता पखवाड़ा अभियान चलाया जाएगा। श्री बोरा ने बताया कि समाज कल्याण विभाग के सहयोग से दिव्यांगजनों और वृद्धजनों के लिए कल्याणकारी कार्य किए जाएंगे। इस अवसर पर उन्हें इंडियन रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी के सचिव श्री प्रणव सिंह सहित अन्य कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित थे।
