बिलासपुर। पेन्ड्रा के युवा पत्रकार बालकृष्ण अग्रवाल की आज हुई एक सड़क दुर्घटना में मौत हो गई। मीडिया से जुड़े लोग इस घटना से स्तब्ध हैं।
घटना करीब दो बजे की है। बालकृष्ण अग्रवाल (31 वर्ष) एक अन्य पत्रकार साथी मुकेश विश्वकर्मा के साथ बाइक पर पेन्ड्रा से गौरेला आ रहे थे। रास्ते में सड़क के किनारे खड़ी एक कार के चालक ने अचानक दरवाजा खोल दिया। बाइक कार के दरवाजे से टकरा गई। मुकेश विश्वकर्मा छिटककर सड़क से दूर जा गिरे जबकि बाइक चला रहे बालकृष्ण सामने से आ रही ट्रक की चपेट में आ गये। घटनास्थल पर ही बालकृष्ण की मौत हो गई।
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि न ही ट्रक की रफ्तार तेज थी न ही बाइक सवार तेज गति से चल रहे थे। कार का दरवाजा अचानक खोले जाने के कारण यह दुर्घटना हुई। अविवाहित बालकृष्ण चार भाईयों में सबसे छोटे थे। उनके एक भाई अनिल अग्रवाल अधिवक्ता हैं। अन्य पारिवारिक व्यवसाय संभालते हैं। बालकृष्ण अग्रवाल ‘पत्रिका’ अख़बार के संवाददाता थे। उनकी पहचान एक मृदुभाषी किन्तु बेबाक पत्रकार के रूप में थी। वे करीब 10 सालों से पत्रकारिता से जुड़े थे।
