बेमेतरा– देश के साथ ही छत्तीसगढ़ में सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक पर बैन लगा है, देश के मुखिया, प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री समेत सभी प्रमुख सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक का उपयोग न करने की अपील कर रहे है। साथ ही सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक का उपयोग करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में बेमेतरा की कलेक्टर शिखा राजपूत तिवारी ने सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक का इस्तेमाल करने पर जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों पर 2-2 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है।
दरअसल बीते दिनों बेमेतरा में लोकवाणी कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला महिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी आर के जाम्बुलकर, परियोजना अधिकारी विजय सरल ने कलेक्टर शिखा राजपूत तिवारी का स्वागत प्लास्टिक से बने बुके से स्वागत किया था। प्लास्टिक से बनी चीजों का उपयोग किए जाने को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए कलेक्टर ने दोनों अधिकारियों पर 2-2 जुर्माना लगाया है।
