बिलासपुर– भूपेश सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए 27 प्रतिशत ओबीसी आरक्षण पर हाईकोर्ट ने बीते दिनों रोक लगाने के बाद अब ओबीसी वर्ग लामबंद होने लगा है। हाईकोर्ट के फैसले का विरोध शुरू हो गया है। कोर्ट के इस फैसले को एसटी, एससी और ओबीसी महासंघ ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देने की बात कही है। इस दौरान उन्होंने यह भी कहा है, कि हाईकोर्ट ने सवर्णों के दबाव में फैसला लेने की बात कही है।
ओबीसी आरक्षण पर हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा जाने का निर्णय कर एसटी, एससी और ओबीसी महासंघ ने कहा है कि हाईकोर्ट ने यह फैसला अपने विवेक से नहीं लिया है। बल्कि सवर्णों के विरोध और दबाव में लिया है। इस फैसले के लिए सर्वण समाज जिम्मेदार है। हम चरणबद्ध तरीके से सवर्ण समाज का विरोध करेंगे। हाईकोर्ट ने मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए अक्टूबर को रोक लगा दी थी।
बता दें, मामले में हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस की डिवीजन बेंच ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रखा था। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के आरक्षण को 82 प्रतिशत करने के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में चार लोगों ने याचिका दायर की थी।
