सरपंच के कानों में जूं नहीं रेंग रहा…..
कोटा । चेतन दास मानिकपुरी लगभग नेत्रहीन की स्थिति में है हमेशा बीमार रहता है वह बूढ़ा हो चला है उसने बताया की दो जगह जमीन और घर है। एक रोहिनाडीह गांव में ,निरधी सिल्ली के पास और दूसरा पहाड़ बछाली कोटा में ।
कुछ माह पहले चेतन दास मानिकपुरी और उसकी दो नाबालिग बेटियां को उसकी बड़ी बेटी पहाड़ बछाली कोटा के घर से निकाल देती है। यह बात उसकी दोनों बेटियों व चेतन दास मानिकपुरी द्वारा बताया गया ।
वहां से निकालने के बाद मानिकपुरी अपनी बेटी को लेकर अपने पुरानी मकान रोहिनाडिह सिल्ली में आए । तब उन्हें मालूम हुआ कि चेतन दास का मितान जान सिंह उस जमीन और घर को कब्जा कर लिया है जान सिंह द्वारा उसे चेतन दास मानिकपुरी से खरीदना बताया गया जबकि चेतन दास मानिकपुरी ने बताया कि उस जमीन रोहिनाडिह में है जो है उसे बेचा ही नहीं है । जान सिंह को केवल सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से वहां केवल रहने के लिए दिया गया था।
रोहिनाडिह के ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि जो जान सिंह जमीन में रह रहा है पहले चेतन दास मानिकपुरी का घर था लेकिन यह शासकीय भूमि में आता है।
अब सवाल रह गया कि चेतन दास मानिकपुरी अपनी दो बेटियों के साथ जाए तो कहां जाएं ?
कहां अपने दो नाबालिग बेटियों के साथ सिर छिपाए?
कौन उसे दो वक्त की रोटी देगा ?
रोहिनाडीह सिल्ली पाली और पहाड़ बछाली का सरपंच भी इस मामले में बिल्कुल मौन हैं ?????
इस घटना को हुए चेतन दास मानिकपुरी को पहाड़ वैशाली से निर्धन पाली से ली आए हुए 3 महीने से अधिक बताया जा रहा है पर उनका ख़ोज ख़बर करने वाला कोई नहीं ।ऐसी स्थिति को देखकर निरधी के एक सज्जन शिक्षक उन्हें अपने घर में भोजन पानी के साथ घर में ठहरायें हैं ।
अब चेतन दास मानिकपुरी बीमारी और बुढ़ापे के कारण नेत्रहीन जैसे हो गए हैं आखिर जाए तो जाए कहां ?
पहाड़ बछाली ब्लॉक कोटा के सरपंच का कहना है_
चेतन दास मानिकपुरी पहाड़ बछाली गांव आएगा, तब सही फैसला होगा कि उसका जमीन पहाड़ बछाली में है ,कि नहीं है मैं अभी कुछ नहीं कर सकता हूं ।
अब देखा जाए तो गांव के सरपंच को मालूम नहीं है कि चेतन दास मानिकपुरी यहां रहता था कि नहीं रहता था कि उसकी जमीन है कि नहीं है।
समझ में नहीं आ रहा है कि सरपंच यहीं का है ?
रोहिनाडीह सरपंच का कहना है_
मैं अभी _अभी नया सरपंच बना हूं मुझे इस बारे में कुछ मालूम नहीं है ।
