सड़क दुर्घटना में कूचल गया था चेहरा, सिम्स में हुआ ईलाज, 10 प्लेट्स और 35 स्क्रू से हड्डी को फिर से जोड़ा गया
बिलासपुर, 16 दिसम्बर 2025/सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल 19 वर्षीय एक युवक नाम नंदकुमार पटेल निवासी ग्राम मुरली तहसील पाली जिला कोरबा को ईलाज के लिए पिछले दिनों सिम्स अस्पताल लाया गया जांच में यह बात सामने आई की युवक के दाय तरफ के चेहरे की सारी हड्डियां चकनाचूर हो गई थी। चेहरा पूरी तरह से छत-विछत हो गया था मरीज के दाहिने गाल ऑख के नीचे की हड्डी दाहिना ऊपर का जबड़ा दाहिना नीचे का जबड़ा और आखे की नीचे की हड्डी चूर-चूर हो गई थी। अतः मरीज के ईलाज के लिए डॉक्टर ने जांच के लिए चेहरे का सीटी स्केन कराया सीटी स्केन में जांच से पता चला हड्डियां चकनाचूर हो गई है इस प्रकार की टूटे हुए हड्डी को जोड़ना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण सर्जरी होता है। इसलिए आवश्यक सभी खून जांच व सीटी स्केन करने के बाद दिनांक 11.12.2025 को आपरेशन करने का निर्णय लिया गया क्योंकि दुर्घटना के दौरान अत्याधिक रक्त स्तत्व हो जाने के कारण आपरेशन के दौरान भी खून चढ़ाहया गया।
यह आपरेशन अत्याधिक जटिल होने के कारण 6 से 7 घंटा चला इस आपरेशन की खास बात यह है कि मरीज के चेहरे की सुंदरता एवं जवानी को ध्यान में रखते हुए सिर में एक चीरा लगाया गया जिसे हेमीकोरोनल इनसीजन कहते है और दूसरा चीरा ऑख के अन्दर से लगाया गया, परन्तु इस मरीज में ट्रांसकन्जकटाइवल दिया गया। यह चीरा आँख के अन्दर से दिया जाता है हड्डियों को जोड़ने के लिए यह एक नई पद्धति है जिसमें चेहरे के ऊपर एक भी चीरा का निशान नहीं पड़ता है। इन टूटी हुए हड्डियों को जोड़ने के लिए 10 प्लेट्स और 35 स्क्रू का इस्तेमाल करना पड़ा जिससे मरीज के हड्डियों को अपने सही जगह में स्थापित किया जा सका।
इस आपरेशन को सफल बनाने में दंत रोग विभाग के चिकित्सको एवं अनिस्थिया विभाग के चिकित्साको एवं रेडियोलाजी विभाग के चिकित्साकों की टीम बनाई गई एवं दंत चिकित्सा विभाग के डॉ भूपेन्द्र कश्यप के निर्देशन में किया गया है।
इस आपरेशन को करने वाली टीम में शामिल दंत चिकित्सा विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष ओरल एण्ड मैजिलोफिकेशन सर्जन डॉ संदीप प्रकाश, डॉ केतकी किनिकर, डॉ हेमलता राजमनी, डॉ प्रकाश खरे एवं डॉ. सोनल पटेल है तथा निश्चेतना विभाग की विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ मधुमिता मूर्ति के टीम में शामिल उनके चिकित्सा एवं नर्स एवं मेजर ओटी के कर्मचारियों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा तथा रेडियोलॉजी विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ अर्चना सिंह का भी योगदान रहा। इस सर्जरी की खास बात यह है कि चेहरे पर एक भी चीरा नहीं लगाया गया जिससे युवक की चेहरा खराब नहीं हुआ सामान्य जीवन जीने में मदद मिलेगी।
