सहकारी समिति कर्मचारी महासंघ और धान खरीदी ऑपरेटर संघ की हड़ताल 12वें दिन भी जारी… शासन से नहीं बनी सहमति
बिलासपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी समिति कर्मचारी महासंघ एवं समर्थन मूल्य धान खरीदी कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर संघ की चार सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर शुरू हुई अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल गुरुवार को 12वें दिन भी जारी रही। संभागीय स्तर पर धरना प्रदर्शन के बाद अब तक शासन स्तर पर कोई ठोस सहमति नहीं बनने से कर्मचारियों में आक्रोश है। हड़ताली कर्मचारियों ने गुरुवार को बिलासपुर प्रेस क्लब में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर अपने संघर्ष और मांगों को लेकर विस्तृत जानकारी दी। महासंघ के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि प्रदेश की 2058 सहकारी समितियों और 2739 उपार्जन केंद्रों के माध्यम से लगभग 15 हजार कर्मचारी किसानों को सेवाएं दे रहे हैं, लेकिन उन्हें नियमित वेतन और सुविधाओं से वंचित रखा गया है।
मुख्य मांगों में वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 की धान खरीदी में हुई सुखत राशि का भुगतान समितियों को दिलाना, परिवहन पश्चात संपूर्ण सुखत राशि समितियों को देना, आउटसोर्सिंग प्रणाली समाप्त कर कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों का नियमितीकरण, तथा मध्यप्रदेश की तर्ज पर 3 लाख रुपए वार्षिक प्रबंधकीय अनुदान एवं वेतनमान प्रदान करना शामिल है। कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक और अपर मुख्य सचिव के पत्रों के बावजूद अब तक उनकी मांगों पर कोई निर्णय नहीं हुआ है। संघ ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि शीघ्र समाधान नहीं निकाला गया, तो वे धान खरीदी कार्य से स्वयं को अलग रख हड़ताल जारी रखेंगे। प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में एकलव्य चंद्रा (जिला अध्यक्ष सक्ति), रूद्रदत्त तिवारी (महासचिव बिलासपुर संभाग), भोलाराम यादव (जिला अध्यक्ष मुंगेली), कमलकांत पाटनवार (जिला अध्यक्ष सहकारी समिति बिलासपुर), विद्याशंकर यादव और मीनाक्षी यादव (प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर संघ) सहित अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
