कल्चुरी कलार समाज के सम्मेलन में शामिल हुए मुख्यमंत्री : रतनपुर में 100 बिस्तर अस्पताल एवं 1 करोड़ की लागत से सामुदायिक भवन बनाने की घोषणा
प्रसाद योजना में रतनपुर के विकास के लिए 200 करोड़ का प्रस्ताव केन्द्र सरकार को भेजा गया
बिलासपुर, 10 नवम्बर 2025/ मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय रतनपुर में आयोजित कल्चुरी कलार समाज के महासम्मेलन में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने भगवान सहस्रबाहु एवं बहादुर कलारीन दाई की पूजा-अर्चना कर विशाल सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ किया। श्री साय ने कहा कि धार्मिक नगरी रतनुपर के समग्र विकास के लिए केन्द्र सरकार की प्रसाद योजना के तहत 200 करोड़ रूपए की कार्य-योजना स्वीकृति के लिए भेजी गई है। इसके जल्द स्वीकृत होने की संभावना है। उन्होंने ऐतिहासिक नगरी रतनपुर में 100 बिस्तर अस्पताल खोलने तथा कल्चुरी समाज के सामुदायिक भवन निर्माण के लिए 1 करोड रूपया देने का ऐलान किया है। सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता राज्य शासन के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री श्री श्याम बिहारी जायसवाल ने की। इस अवसर पर विशेष अतिथि के रूप में संस्कृति एवं पर्यटन मंत्री राजेश अग्रवाल, विधायक धरमलाल कौशिक, अमर अग्रवाल, सुशांत शुक्ला, अटल श्रीवास्तव, संगीता सिन्हा, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष राजेश सूर्यवंशी, क्रेडा अध्यक्ष भूपेन्द्र सवन्नी, योग आयोग के अध्यक्ष रूपनारायण सिन्हां, महापौर पूजा विधानी उपस्थित थीं।
मुख्य अतिथि की आसंदी से मुख्यमंत्री साय ने कहा कि कल्चुरी राजवंश ने रतनपुर सहित देश में लगभग 1200 वर्षों तक शासन किया है। उनके राज में प्रजा खुश एवं देश समृद्धशाली रहा है। मां महामाया की कृपा से छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में तेजी से विकास हो रहे हैं। श्री साय ने कहा कि हमारा छत्तीसगढ़ देश के बीचों-बीच स्थित है। खनिज, वन एवं जल संसाधनों से भरा पड़ा है। हम यहां के लोगों को साथ लेकर राज्य को प्रगति के मार्ग पर और आगे ले जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार को अभी बमुश्किल 22 माह हुए हैं। इतनी कम अवधि में भी हमने मोदी की गारण्टी के रूप में किये गये लगभग सभी बड़े वायदे पूरे किए हैं। उन्हांेने कहा कि मोदी जी ने देश को नया एवं शक्तिशाली बनाने का संकल्प लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने किसानों से किये गये वायदे के अनुरूप 3100 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल की दर से धान खरीद रहे हैं। इस साल 15 नवम्बर से यह अभियान फिर से शुरू करने जा रहे हैं। महतारी वंदन योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य की 70 लाख महिलाओं को हर महीने 1 हजार रूपए दे रहे हैं। अब तक 21 किश्त उन्हें दे चुके हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री एवं केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री ने 31 मार्च 2026 तक छत्तीसगढ़ से नक्सल समस्या को समूल नाश करने का संकल्प लिया है। इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने की दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। नक्सल समस्या को दूर करने के साथ इन ग्रामों में विकास कार्य को भी तेज कर दिए हैं। अभी पिछले कुछ महीनों में बस्तर के 327 ग्रामों को विकास के मामले में फिर से आबाद किए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी नयी उद्योग नीति को काफी सराहना मिली है। अब तक साढ़े 7 लाख करोड़ रूपए का निवेश प्रस्ताव मिल चुका है। इनमें से एआई और सेमीकण्डक्टर उद्योगों की स्थापना की शुरूआत भी हो चुकी है। नई उद्योग नीति में हमने रोजगार सृजन को प्राथमिकता दिया है। ज्यादा रोजगार देने वाले उद्योगों को हमने ज्यादा रियायत भी दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी लोगों को इन नीतियों का लाभ उठाने की अपील की है। श्री साय ने कहा कि हमने 2047 को ध्यान में रखकर विजन डॉक्यूमेन्ट जारी किया है। इसमें निहित लक्ष्यों को तभी हासिल कर पाएंगे जब समाज के सभी लोगों का योगदान मिले।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करते हुए स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री श्याम बिहारी जायसवाल ने कहा कि रतनपुर कल्चुरियों के शासन का बड़ा केन्द्र रहा है। लगभग 1200 वर्षों तक देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में कल्चुरियों ने शासन किया है। ऐसे ऐतिहासिक नगरी रतनपुर में आकर गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि डबल इंजन की सरकार में विकास के काम तेज गति से हो रहे हैं। कल्चुरी समाज के पूर्वजों के काम को राज्य सरकार आगे बढ़ा रही है। कल्चुरियों ने अपने समय में बड़ी संख्या में तालाब, रोड, सिंचाई के काम किए थे। इसी तरह के कामों को वर्तमान राज्य सरकार प्राथमिकता के साथ पूर्ण कर रही है। उन्होंने नवा रायपुर में एक चौक का नाम समाज के ईष्ट देव भगवान सहस्रबाहु के नाम रखने पर मुख्यमंत्री के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। संस्कृति एवं पर्यटन मंत्री राजेश अग्रवाल ने भी समारोह को सम्बोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सनातन संस्कृति सामाजिक समरसता और सभी समाज के ईष्टदेवों को समान रूप से आदर करने की शिक्षा देती हैं। कल्चुरी कलार समाज के मोहित जायसवाल ने स्वागत भाषण दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मां महामाया का लिया आशीर्वाद – मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय ने महासम्मेलन में शामिल होने के पहले महामाया मंदिर का दर्शन किया। उन्होंने महामाया की विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना एवं आरती कर छत्तीसगढ़ की खुशहाली एवं समृद्धि की कामना की और आशीर्वाद लिया।
