एसईसीएल कर्मियों के लिए परफॉरमेंस लिंक्ड रिवार्ड (PLR) (बोनस) स्वीकृत
बिलासपुर।कोयला एवं खान मंत्री जी. किशन रेड्डी के मार्गदर्शन और कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड प्रबंधन व श्रमिक यूनियनों के बीच सहमति के पश्चात वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 हेतु परफॉरमेंस लिंक्ड रिवार्ड (PLR) की घोषणा की गई है।
इस निर्णय के तहत एसईसीएल सहित कोल इंडिया के प्रत्येक कर्मी को ₹1,03,000 का लाभ प्राप्त होगा। इस प्रकार, 34,500 से अधिक कर्मियों को लगभग ₹356 करोड़ की राशि का सीधा लाभ उनके खातों में पहुँचेगा।
यह बोनस राशि दशहरा से पूर्व (26 सितम्बर तक ) कर्मियों के बैंक खातों में स्थानांतरित की जाएगी, जिससे त्योहारों की खुशियाँ और अधिक बढ़ेंगी।
ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि
• यह अब तक की सबसे बड़ी PLR राशि है।
• गत वर्ष की तुलना में प्रत्येक कर्मी को ₹9,250 अधिक मिलेगा।
• एसईसीएल के कर्मियों को लगभग ₹356 करोड़ का सामूहिक लाभ मिलेगा।
एसईसीएल प्रबंधन की ओर से सीएमडी हरीश दुहन ने कहा कि यह निर्णय कर्मियों की कठिन मेहनत और समर्पण का परिणाम है।
