केन्द्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष अंतर सिंह आर्या ने ली आदिवासी समाज प्रमुखों की बैठक : खुलकर सुनी समस्याएं, दिया समाधान का भरोसा
बिलासपुर, 15 सितम्बर 2025/केन्द्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष अंतर सिंह आर्या ने आज यहां जिला कार्यालय के मंथन सभाकक्ष में आदिवासी समाज प्रमुखों की बैठक ली। लगभग दो घण्टे तक चली बैठक में उन्होंने इत्मीनान से उनकी एक-एक समस्याएं सुनी और इस संबंध में ज्ञापन भी लिए। आर्या ने कहा कि बैठक में आज आदिवासी समाजों की ओर से महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव मिले हैं। ये सभी कानूनी एवं विभिन्न संवैधानिक मुद्दों से जुड़े हुए हैं। इन सभी को राष्ट्रपति और राज्यपाल के ध्यान में लाकर उनका सकारात्मक समाधान किया जायेगा। आयोग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं विशेषज्ञ भी इस दौरान उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में विभिन्न आदिवासी समाज प्रमुखों ने मुख्य रूप से पेशा एवं मेशा कानून का पालन कराने, भूराजस्व संहिता की धारा 170 (ख) का उल्लंघन, आदिवासियों को प्राप्त 32 प्रतिशत आरक्षण का पालन नहीं किये जाने, सरकारी नौकरी की पदोन्नति में आरक्षण सुविधा बहाल करने, वन अधिकार पट्टा, फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र से नौकरी हासिल करने वालों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई, आदिवासियों की भूमि के गैर आदिवासियों में गैर कानूनी तरीके से स्थानांतरण, आदिवासी महिलाओं से शादी कर उनके नाम पर संपति एवं चुनाव लड़ना, आदिवासियों के लिए पृथक धर्मकोड, बेकलाड पदों पर भर्ती की कार्रवाई करने, फर्जी जाति प्रमाण पत्र पर हाई कोर्ट में केविएट लगाने, आदिवासियों के स्वरोजगार के लिए बजट बढ़ाने, बस्तर एवं सरगुजा संभाग में स्थानीय भर्ती नियम फिर से लागू करने, हसदेव जंगल की कटाई रोकने, धर्मांतरण रोकने एवं धर्मांतरित लोगों से एसटी का आरक्षण प्रदान नहीं करने, छात्रावास के लिए शिष्यवृत्ति की दर बढ़ाने, आदिवासियों की छात्रवृत्ति के लिए आय की सीमा खत्म करने, कोटा विधानसभा क्षेत्र को आदिवासियों के लिए आरक्षित करने सहित अन्य कई मांग एवं कई समस्याएं रखी।
बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष संत कुमार नेताम, सर्व आदिवासी समाज रायपुर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष वंदना उइके, कंवर समाज रायपुर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सविता साय, गोण्डवाना गोड़ महासभा रायपुर रमेशचंद्र श्याम, युवा प्रभाग सर्व आदिवासी समाज सुभाष परते, कोल आदिवासी समाज प्रदेश अध्यक्ष युगुल किशोर शाण्डिल्य, उरांव समाज जिला अध्यक्ष श्रीमती रंगिया प्रधान, खैरवार समाज जिला अध्यक्ष श्यामलाल खैरवार, सर्व आदिवासी समाज जिला अध्यक्ष देवसिंह पोर्ते, कंवर समाज बिलासपुर अध्यक्ष एसआर साय, कर्मचारी संघ जिला अध्यक्ष रामचंद्र धु्रव, प्रगतिशील आदिवासी कल्याण समिति जिला अध्यक्ष मुकुन्द नेताम, बैगा समाज अध्यक्ष बुधराम सिंह बैगा, युवा प्रभाग सर्व आदिवासी समाज शिव नारायण चेचाम, आदिवासी मोर्चा के जिला अध्यक्ष निरंजन पैकरा, जिला पंचायत सदस्य प्रभु जगत एवं पिन्टु मरकाम सहित नगर निगम के आदिवासी समाज से जुड़े पार्षद एवं बड़ी संख्या में समाज के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।अनुसूचिज जनजाति विकास विभाग के सहायक आयुक्त पीसी लहरे, सहायक संचालक आकांक्षा पटेल सहित प्रशासनिक अधिकारी भी इस अवसर पर उपस्थित थे।
