छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य महिला आयोग ने की 25 प्रकरणों की सुनवाई
महिला आयोग ने दिलाया दैनिक वेतन भोगी महिला कर्मचारी को 10 साल पुराना बकाया वेतन एक लाख पचहत्तर हजार
08 माह के बच्चे के वजह से उभयपक्ष सुलहनामा के लिए हुए तैयार
बिलासपुर, 11 सितम्बर 2025/ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष किरणमयी नायक प्रार्थना सभा जल संसाधन विभाग बिलासपुर में महिला उत्पीड़न से संबंधित प्रस्तुत 25 प्रकरणों में जनसुनवाई की। छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष डॉ. किरणमयी नायक की अध्यक्षता में आज प्रदेश स्तर पर 342 वीं व बिलासपुर जिले में 20वीं सुनवाई हुई।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदिका ने बताया कि उसको 10 वर्ष पुराना सक्तया 31 माह का वेतन 175000/- में 170000 मूलधन रूपये 4500 ब्याज की राशि ओडकर कुल 175000 आवेदिका को प्राप्त हो गया है। संयुक्त आयुक्त सहकारिता बिलासपुर संभाग के द्वारा प्रेषित पत्र का विस्तृत विवरण निम्नानुसार है- नागरिक कार्मिशियल सहकारी बैंक गोलबाजार बिलासपुर के परिसमापक श्री आर के गुप्ता अंकेक्षण अधिकारी द्वारा प्रतिवेदित किया गया है कि बैंक में दैनिक वेतनभोगी महिला ज्योति उर्फ बसती श्रीवास को दैनिक मजदूरी भुगतान लंबित राशि 170500/- रूपये महिला आयोग द्वारा भुगतान करने का आदेश दिया गया है। मान्नीय महिला आयोग छत्तीसगढ़ रायपुर के आदेशानुसार उक्त महिला दैनिक वेतनभोगी को लबित 02 वर्ष 07 माह का 5600/- प्रति माह की दर से कुल भुगतान राशि 170500/- रूपये तथा ब्याज की राशि 4500/- रूपये कुल राशि 175000/- भुगतान किया गया। आवेदिका की कार्यालय से सूचना दिया जाकर दिनांक 04.09.2025 को कार्यालय में आहूत किया गया। गोटरी, ईकरारनामा ७० रू स्टाम्प में दो गवाही के समक्ष उक्त राशि का भुगतान किया गया। जिसके पश्चात आवेदिका ने आवेदन पत्र में लेख किया कि उसका बैंक से अब किसी भी प्रकार का लेना शेष नहीं है। आयोग ने प्रकरण को नस्तीबद्ध किया।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में उभयपक्षों को आयोग के अधिचकता और जिला विधिक के अधिवक्ताओं के द्वारा विस्तृत समझाईश दिया गया जिसके बाद आवेदिका पक्ष ने कहा कि घर परिवार से सलाह करना चाहती है इस हेतु उन्हें समय दिया गया। इस प्रकरण में दोनों पक्षों में सुलह करने हेतु सखी वन स्टॉप सेन्टर बिलासपुर को ०१ वर्ष तक निगरानी कर आयोग को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
एक प्रकरण में विवाह के बाद 02 माह पति-पत्नि एक साथ रहे एवं लगभग डेढ़ साल से अलग रह रहे है दोनो सुलह के लिए तैयार नहीं है आवेदिका ने कहा कि तलाक लेना चाहती है। अतः प्रकरण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में दोनों पक्ष के मध्य पूर्व में प्रकरण चल चुका है जिसमें आवेदिका को अधिकार मिला है कि वह अपना आवेदन पुनः प्रस्तुत कर सकती है और अनावेदक के भाई के खिलाफ अपना प्रकरण प्रस्तुत कर सकती है और आवेदिका चाहे तो अनावेदकगण के विरुद्ध प्रताड़ना का प्रकरण दर्ज करा सकती है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदिका अनुपस्थित अनावेदक से पुछताछ किया गया गया, उन्होने रिकार्ड में संलग्न दस्तावेज देखकर बताया कि आवेदिका की पैर का ऑपरेशन कर प्लेट लगाया था और छः हफ्ते की देखरेख की पूरी जानकारी दिया गया था क्योंकि आवेदिका आज सुनवाई में सूचना मिलने के बाद भी अनुपस्थित है और उसका आवेदन भी बहुत संक्षेप तरीके से लिखा गया जिसे साबित आवेदिका ही कर सकती है ऐसी दशा में प्रकरण को आगे बढ़ाने का औचित्य नहीं होने से प्रकरण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदक एवं अनावेदकगण का आपरा में जमीन का विवाद है जिसके लिए पटवारी और तहसीलदार के द्वारा ही प्रकरण का निराकरण किया जा सकता है आवेदिका चाहे तो इसकी जाय के लिए आवेदन लगा सकती है. इस निर्देश के साथ प्रकरण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदिका ने अनावेदक के खिलाफ कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया था प्रकरण में विभाग के द्वारा जांच किया गया जिसमें अनावेदक का 01 वेतनवृद्धि असंचयी प्रभाव से रोका गया था अनावेदक ने बताया कि यह सेवानिवृत्त हो चुके है एवं राज्यपाल के पास प्रकरण की अपील लंबित है शासन स्तर पर प्रकरण लंबित होने के कारण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है। एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदिका ने अभावेदक के खिलाफ दो एकआईआर दर्ज किया जा चुका है. जिनको मामले न्यायालय में लंबित है न्यायालय में अपने प्रकरण में न्याय पाने के लिए अधिवक्ता नियुक्त करें इस निर्देश के साथ प्रकरण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में उभयपक्ष उपस्थित दोनो पक्ष के द्वारा एकदूसरे के खिलाफ काउन्टर रिपोर्ट मस्तूरी थाना में दर्ज हो चुका है दोना पक्ष जमानत पर है और प्रकरण न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है। आवेदिका का कहना है कि उसकी शिकायत पर एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं हुई है उसके पिता के शिकायत पर एफआईआर दर्ज हुई है उसको समझाईश दिया गया कि अपने अधिवक्ता के द्वारा न्यायालय में अपराधिक प्रकरण दायर कर वह अपना प्रकरण दर्ज करा सकती है। इस निर्देश के साथ प्रकरण नस्तीबद्ध किया जाता है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदक उपस्थित अनावेदक की ओर से अधिवक्ता उपस्थित उन्होंने बताया कि उभयपक्ष के मध्य सुलहनामा हेतु रेरा ऑफिस में प्रकरण 24 तारीख को सुलह हेतु के रखी गई है। अनावेदकगण से 35 लाख रूपये लिए जा चुके है लेकिन फ्लैट अब तक नहीं मिला है।
