GST rate cut: नए जीएसटी रिफार्म में सरकार ने किए बदलाव 12 और 28 प्रतिशत वाले स्लैब होंगे खत्म, 22 सितंबर से होंगे लागू
दिल्ली।भारत में हाल ही हुए जीएसटी (GST) सुधारों के अनुसार, जीएसटी स्लैब को चार से घटाकर केवल दो स्लैब (5% और 18%) करने का बड़ा फैसला लिया गया है, जो 22 सितंबर 2025 से लागू होगा। इस सुधार का उद्देश्य टैक्स दरें सरल और कम करना है, जिससे उपभोक्ताओं को राहत मिलेगी और आर्थिक गतिविधियों में बढ़ोतरी होगी। कई आवश्यक वस्तुएं और आम घरेलू सामान जैसे कि हेरिंग ऑयल, साबुन, टूथपेस्ट, बाइसिकल आदि 18% या 12% स्लैब से 5% स्लैब में आ जाएंगे, जिससे वे सस्ते हो जाएंगे। वहीं, महंगे या विलासिता वाले सामान जैसे बड़ी कारें, सिगरेट, पान मसाला, तंबाकू पर भारी टैक्स (40%) लगाया जाएगा।
यह दो-स्लैब संरचना भारत की इनडायरेक्ट टैक्स प्रणाली को पेशेवर और पारदर्शी बनाएगी, जिससे कामकाजी पूंजी में वृद्धि होगी और घरेलू उत्पादन और खपत दोनों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। छोटे कारोबार के लिए जीएसटी की फाइलिंग और रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया को भी आसान बनाया जाएगा।
मुख्य असर:
• 12% और 28% स्लैब लगभग खत्म होकर 5% और 18% स्लैब में विलय हो जाएंगे, जिससे कई वस्तुएं सस्ती होंगी।
• महंगाई में कमी और खपत में वृद्धि की उम्मीद।
• टैक्स के नियम सरल, स्थिर और पारदर्शी होंगे, जिससे व्यवसायों की योजना बनाना आसान होगा।
• छोटे व्यवसायों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा तथा जीएसटी संग्रह में दीर्घकालिक वृद्धि हो सकती है।
• सिगरेट, पान मसाला, तंबाकू जैसे उत्पादों पर नया 40% टैक्स लगेगा।
इस सुधार से भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था में मजबूती आएगी और यह तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था बनी रहेगी। उद्योगों में निवेश और उत्पादन को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा तथा उपभोक्ता वर्ग को टैक्स में राहत महसूस होगी। यह कदम प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के स्वतंत्रता दिवस के भाषण में किए गए वादे का पालन है।
