उन्नत पशु पालन के गुर सीख कर पशु सखियां बनेंगी लखपति दीदी-जिला पंचायत सीईओ ने पशु दीदियों का बढ़ाया मनोबल
प्रशिक्षण सत्र के 11वें दिन परिचर्चा में शामिल हुए विशेषज्ञ
बिलासपुर, 17 जुलाई 2025/इंदिरा गांधी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र, सरकण्डा, बिलासपुर में आयोजित 17 दिवसीय आवासीय पशु सखी प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के 11वें दिन विशेष परिचर्चा कार्यक्रम श्री संदीप अग्रवाल, मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी, जिला पंचायत, बिलासपुर की अध्यक्षता एवं डॉ. एन. के. चौरे, अधिष्ठाता, कृषि महाविद्यालय, बिलासपुर, डॉ. अरूण त्रिपाठी, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रमुख, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र, बिलासपुर, डॉ. विरेन्द्र पिल्ले, अतिरिक्त उप संचालक, पशु चिकित्सा, बिलासपुर, श्री रामेन्द्र सिंह गुर्जर, जिला समन्वयक, एनआरएलएम, डॉ. तन्मय, डॉ. रंजना नंदा, डॉ. तापसी एवं कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र बिलासपुर के वैज्ञानिकगण डॉ. शिल्पा कौशिक, श्रीमती हेमकान्ति बंजारे, डॉ. अमित शुक्ला, डॉ. एकता ताम्रकार, इंजी. पंकज मिंज, डॉ. चंचला रानी पटेल, डॉ. स्वाति शर्मा एवं श्रीमती सुशीला ओहदार एवं प्रशिक्षणार्थी पशु सखियों की सक्रिय सहभागिता में सम्पन्न हुआ।
पशु सखियों से चर्चा करते हुए मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री अग्रवाल ने आग्रह किया कि इस महत्वपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्राप्त ज्ञान पशुओं में कृत्रिम गर्भाधान, विभिन्न बिमारियों से बचाव हेतु टीकाकरण, समय-समय पर कृमि नाशक उपचार, गलाघोंटू एवं अन्य सामान्य बिमारियों से बचाव के लिए अपने क्षेत्र में अन्य पशु पालक किसानों एवं महिलाओं को जागरूक करें। उन्होंने पूरी तन्मयता से प्रशिक्षण दे रहे पशु पालन विभाग के डॉ. रंजना नंदा, डॉ. तन्मय एवं डा. तापसी मंडल से पशु सखियों को सरल भाषा में ज्यादा प्रायोगिक ज्ञान देने का आग्रह किया तथा पशु सखियों को सलाह दी कि अपनी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान करें तथा यह भी सुनिश्चित कर लें कि पशुओं में होने वाली किन साधारण बीमारियों का उपचार उनके द्वारा किया जा सकता है एवं गंभीर बिमारियों की दशा में पशु चिकित्सकों से संपर्क में रहें तथा उनसे परामर्श के उपरांत ही उपचार करें। श्री अग्रवाल ने पशु सखियों से पशुधन प्रबंधन का उन्नत ज्ञान प्राप्त कर एवं उत्पादकता बढ़ाकर माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय की मंशा के अनुरूप लखपति दीदी बनने का आह्वान किया।
कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक, डॉ. त्रिपाठी ने पशु सखियों से निःसंकोच अपनी शंकायें एवं समस्याओं का विशेषज्ञ डाक्टरों से पूछकर समाधान करें तथा पशुधन से प्राप्त गोबर, गोमूत्र आदि का कम्पोस्ट, केंचुआ पालन, प्राकृतिक खेती के विभिन्न उत्पाद, जीवामृत, बीजामृत, घनजीवामृत आदि बनाकर लाभ अर्जित करें। डा. विरेन्द्र पिल्ले, अतिरिक्त उप संचालक, पशु चिकित्सा, बिलासपुर ने पशु सखियों से अनुरोध किया कि प्रत्येक गांव में पशु चिकित्सक नहीं पहुंच सकते, इस स्थिति में पशु सखी दीदीयां पशु चिकित्सक एवं पशुपालक किसानों के बीच सेतु का काम कर पशुधन संबंधी समस्याओं का समाधान कर रोजगार एवं आय का सृजन करें।
एन.आर.एल.एम. के समन्वयक श्री गुर्जर ने पशु सखियों को पशु चिकित्सा में उपयोग होने वाले किट एवं ड्रेस आदि उपलब्ध कराने को कहा तथा पशु चिकित्सकों से जीवंत संपर्क बनाकर रहने को कहा ताकि हमारे पशु न सिर्फ स्वस्थ रहें बल्कि हमारे लिए आर्थिक रूप से भी उपयोगी बनें। उक्त परिचर्चा में पशु सखियों ने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान अर्जित पशु उपचार तथा देखभाल में उपयोग होने वाली व्यवहारिक जानकारी के बारे में अवगत कराया। उक्त परिचर्चा का प्रभावी संचालन डा. शिल्पा कौशिक तथा आभार प्रदर्शन डा. अमित शुक्ला ने किया।
