गुजरात में 42 करोड़ रुपये में बना ब्रिज 5 साल में जर्जर, अब 3.9 करोड़ में गिराया जाएगा
अहमदाबाद का हाटकेश्वर ब्रिज 2017 में 42 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनकर तैयार हुआ. मगर, महज 5 साल यानी साल 2022 में ये जर्जर हो गया. अब इसे गिराने के लिए करोड़ों रुपये खर्च किए जा रहे हैं.
एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हाटकेश्वर ब्रिज का निर्माण 2015 में अजय इन्फ्रा कंपनी ने शुरू किया था. 30 नवंबर 2017 को इसका उद्घाटन हुआ था, लेकिन निर्माण के महज चार साल बाद मार्च-अप्रैल 2021 में ब्रिज पर गड्ढे पड़ने की वजह से इसे कुछ वक्त के लिए बंद करना पड़ा था. इसके बाद कई बार ब्रिज की मरम्मत की गई.
लेकिन इसके बाद भी ब्रिज की स्थिति ठीक न होने के चलते 2022 में इसका स्टेबिलिटी टेस्ट किया गया. इसमें ब्रिज को जर्जर घोषित कर दिया गया और वाहनों की आवाजाही पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी गई. टेस्ट रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि ब्रिज के बीच के छह स्पैन को तोड़ना जरूरी है.
जाम में और तगड़ा फंसा दिया इस ब्रिज ने
साल 2022 में स्टेबिलिटी टेस्ट रिपोर्ट आ गई, तोड़ने की बात पर मुहर भी लग गई, लेकिन जर्जर ब्रिज खड़ा रहा. इसने आसपास के लोगों की मुसीबत बढ़ा दी. दरअसल, जिस ब्रिज को जाम से निजात दिलाने के लिए बनाया गया था, उसपर आवाजाही बंद होने से इलाके में ट्रैफिक की समस्या और बढ़ गई. इसे लेकर ब्रिज के आसपास रहने वाले लोग और दुकानदार कई बार विरोध प्रदर्शन कर चुके हैं.
