शहर में बाढ़ से हाहाकार, लोगों के घर में पानी घुस रहा जनता परेशान, लेकिन शहर विधायक म्यूट हैं – शैलेश पांडे

जनता को बाढ़ से राहत दिलाना भाजपा विधायक और महापौर के बस में नहीं-शैलेश
बिलासपुर। शहर में पहले ही बारिश में बाढ़ की स्थिति , जल भराव तथा बिलासपुर नगर निगम में पानी के संकट को लेकर पूर्व विधायक शैलेश पांडे ने शहर विधायक तथा निगम प्रशासन पर निशाना साधा और कहा की अभी सावन का महीना शुरू नहीं हुआ। आषाढ़ के पहले ही बारिश में शहर में पास कॉलोनियों तथा शहर के मुख्य मार्ग में बाढ़ की स्थिति है। नालियों की सफाई नहीं हो रही है सड़के जर्जर है शहर के कई वार्डों में बारिश का पानी लोगों के घरों में घुस रहा है आम जनता परेशान है। लेकिन शहर विधायक अमर अग्रवाल को जनता की समस्याओं से कोई लेना देना नहीं शहर में बारिश में जल भराव से त्राहि त्राहि मची हुई है और शहर विधायक म्यूट हैं।
शहर के हालात को देखकर लगता है कि लोगों को बाढ़ से राहत दिलाना शहर विधायक तथा महापौर के बस में नहीं है। लोगों के घरों में पानी घुस रहा है, शहर के लोगों को परेशानी हो रही है। निगम प्रशासन के पास बाढ़ से निपटने के लिए कोई योजना नहीं है। लेकिन शहर विधायक म्यूट हैं। लोगों को पीने का पानी नहीं मिल रहा है। लोगों को गंदा पानी पीने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है, लेकिन शहर विधायक म्यूट हैं। शहर में लगातार चोरी, मारपीट चाकू बाजी और लूट की घटनाएं बढ़ रहीहै। और शहर विधायक अमर अग्रवाल म्यूट है। गरीबों के मकान तोड़े जा रहे हैं। बारिश में लोगों की दुकान और घर को तोड़ा जा रहा है लेकिन शहर विधायक म्यूट है। अरपा में गंदा पानी बह रहा है, अरपा में बैराज का काम रोक दिया गया । भाजपा शासन काल में अरपा सौंदर्यीकरण काम रुक गया है। लेकिन शहर विधायक अमर अग्रवाल को कोई लेना देना नहीं। शहर में प्रधानमंत्री आवास के काम स्वीकृत नहीं हो रहे हैं। गरीबों के मकान का काम अधूरा पड़ा है लेकिन शहर विधायक म्यूट हैं।
पूर्व विधायक शैलेश पांडे ने कहा की विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान भाजपा के विधायक अमर अग्रवाल ने शहर की जनता को भरोसा दिलाया था कि उनके विधायक बनते ही और भाजपा की सरकार आते ही 15 दिनों में इस शहर को अपराध मुक्त कर देंगे और हरा भरा स्वच्छ और अपराध मुक्त शहर बनाएंगे। लेकिन विधायक अमर अग्रवाल के सारे दावे खोखले साबित हो रहे हैं। शैलेश पांडे ने कहा कि जब से प्रदेश में भाजपा की सरकार बनी है और शहर में भाजपा के विधायक और महापौर हैं विकास कार्य ठप हैं। विधायक अमर अग्रवाल की सारी घोषणाएं सारे वादे धरें की धरे रह गए। 15 साल प्रदेश में भाजपा की सरकार थी 20 साल अमर अग्रवाल विधायक थे लेकिन इस शहर के विकास के लिए कुछ नहीं किया। अब तो बिलासपुर विधायक अमर अग्रवाल सरकार में भी नहीं है। लगता है अधिकारियों में उनकी चल भी नहीं रही है। शहर के अधिकांश वार्डो में नालियों का पानी सड़कों में बह रहा है लोगों के घरों में घुस रहा है लेकिन शहर विधायक का रिमोट काम नहीं कर रहा है।
शहर में बाढ़ की स्थिति के लिए पूर्व विधायक शैलेश पांडे ने निगम प्रशासन पर भी निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि शहर की जनता ने महापौर पूजा विधानी को रिकॉर्ड मतों से जीत दिलाई और महापौर चुनाव लेकिन महापौर ने चुनाव में जो वायदे किए थे एक भी वादा पूरा नहीं किया। शहर को हरा-भरा एवं शुद्ध पेयजल का वादा महापौर ने किया था लेकिन महापौर बारिश में जल भराव की स्थिति से निपटने के लिए कोई योजना नहीं बनाई और नगर निगम की लापरवाही से आज शहर के कई इलाके बाहर से बाढ़ की चपेट में है आम आदमी परेशान है। नालियों की सफाई नहीं हो रही है नालियों का निर्माण कार्य अधूरा पड़ा है जिसकी वजह से शहर में पास कॉलोनी में बाढ़ की स्थिति है। महापौर भी विकास कार्य कराने में फेलवर साबित हो रही हैं । उन्होंने कहा है कि शहर विधायक तथा महापौर को चाहिए कि कांग्रेस शासन काल में जो काम शुरू हुए थे अधूरे पड़े हैं। तत्काल शुरू किया जाए प्लानिंग के साथ नालियों की सफाई की जाए तथा शहर को बाढ़ मुक्त, अपराध मुक्त बनाने के लिए काम करना चाहिए। जहां जरूरत हो बिलासपुर नगर निगम क्षेत्र में विकास कार्य कराए जाने की मांग पूर्व विधायक ने की है।
