बिलासपुर,22 मई,2025 /राष्ट्रीय क्षय उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम (एनटीईपी) के अंतर्गत जिले में निक्षय निरामय जांच एवं उपचार अभियान का आयोजन 7 जून 2025 से 24 जून 2025 तक किया जाएगा। यह अभियान भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय तथा छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के निर्देशानुसार पूरे प्रदेश मे संचालित किया जा रहा है।

निक्षय निरामय अभियान का उद्देश्य क्षय (टीबी) रोगियों की सक्रिय पहचान, जांच और उपचार सुनिश्चित करना है। जिला स्तर पर समस्त स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं को इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है। अभियान में खासकर उन व्यक्तियों की जांच की जाएगी जो टीबी के उच्च जोखिम समूह में आते हैं।जिनमें टीबी रोगी के संपर्क में आने वाले व्यक्ति,65 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के बुजुर्ग, कुपोषित व्यक्ति,मधुमेह रोगी,नशीली दवाओं और शराब का सेवन करने वाले,कैदी,एचआईवी संक्रमित व्यक्ति,ऐसे लोग जिनकी इम्युनिटी कमजोर हो। ऐसे सभी लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी और जरूरत पड़ने पर तुरंत ही जांच की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी। शासन द्वारा जांच, इलाज और दवाइयां पूर्णतः निःशुल्क प्रदान की जाएंगी।

अभियान की गतिविधियों की निगरानी और रिपोर्टिंग के लिए जिला स्तर पर एक समन्वय समिति गठित की गई है जिसमें स्वास्थ्य विभाग से अमित सोनी, मंगलेश्वर भारती, श्रीमती गीता सासन, आशीष सिंह को संपर्क सूत्र नियुक्त किया गया है। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी श्री प्रमोद तिवारी ने बताया कि यह अभियान न केवल टीबी के नए मामलों की पहचान के लिए है बल्कि इसके माध्यम से समुदाय में टीबी के प्रति जागरूकता भी बढ़ाई जाएगी, जिसके लिए सभी स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों को आवश्यक तैयारियां पूरी कर अभियान को सफल बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
