इस अवसर पर जिले से पहुंचे पदाधिकारियों ने लोगो को बताया कि किस प्रकार हमारी भासा , संस्कृति , समाजिक , राजनैतिक, आर्थिक अधिकार खतरे में है और उसकी रक्षा के लिए हम लोग को खुद आगे आना होगा।
जिलाध्यक्ष कृष्णा छत्तासगढ़ीया ने बताया कि शोषक किस्म के लोगों द्वारा भारतीय संविधान का उलंघन करके अपनी भाषा, संस्कृति को हमारे ऊपर थोपने का कार्य किया, हमे आर्थिक, राजनैतिक अधिकारों से वंचित किया गया जिसके कारण हम खुद की अपनी भाषा, संस्कृति को भुल रहे थे, अपने अधिकारों से अनभिज्ञ थे किंतु अब समय बदल रहा है और लोग समझने लगे है और इसी भाव का विकास करना हमारे संगठन का भी उद्देश्य है।
संगठन के वरिष्ठ सदस्य सुभाष परते ने बताया कि रायपुर संभाग के तर्ज पर बिलासपुर संभाग में भी छत्तीसगढ़िया क्रांति सेना के नये बने सदस्यों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए आगामी माह में आवासीय अदरा लदका शिविर प्रस्तावित है । जिसमें कठिन अनुशासन , प्रखरता से बोलने की गुण , पारम्परिक शस्त्र चालन विद्या , अपने हक, अधिकारों ,भाषा संस्कृति की रक्षा के लिए संघर्ष करने के गुण विशेषज्ञों द्वारा विकसित की जाती है।
संगठन के जनसम्पर्क प्रभारी लक्ष्मी कौशिक ने बताया कि कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण हमारा जनसम्पर्क कुछ महीनों से रुकी हुई थी किंतु सरकारी नियमों का पालन करते हुए आज देवरीखुर्द में सफलतापुर्वक जनसम्पर्क अभियान चलाया और दर्जनों युवाओं ने मुल निवासियों के लिए कार्य करने का संकल्प लेकर संगठन की सदस्यता ली । कौशिक ने बताया कि हमारा अगला जनसम्पर्क बैठक शहर से लगे गतौरा ग्राम में होगी।
