जिला प्रशासन की पहल : मोर गांव मोर पानी महा-अभियान के तहत जल के प्रत्येक बूंद को सहेजने की तैयारी
कलेक्टर ने दिए व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार के निर्देश
बिलासपुर, 12 मई 2025/जिले के सभी 486 ग्राम पंचायतो में मोर गांव मोर पानी महाअभियान के संबंध में व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जा रहा है। इसके तहत जल के समुचित उपयोग एवं जल संकट की जानकारी देते हुए कम से कम भूजल के उपयोग एवं फसल चक्र तथा अधिक से अधिक वृक्षारोपण आगामी मानसून में करने हेतु जानकारी गांवों में दी जा रही है इसके लिए सभी ग्राम पंचायत में विशेष संगोष्ठियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है जिसके माध्यम से सामूहिक स्थान पर जल जागरुकता व्यापक पैमाने पर लाने का प्रयास कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल के निर्देश में किया जा रहा है।
जिले में बड़े पैमाने में बारहमासी नालों पर बोरी बंधान के कार्य कराए जाने के निर्देश कलेक्टर द्वारा दिए गए हैं जिसके परिपालन में बोरी बंधान का कार्य व्यापक रूप जन भागीदारी और श्रमदान के माध्यम से प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है, इसमें ग्रामीणों का विशेष सहयोग मिल रहा है। इसके लिए ग्रामीण जनों में जागरूकता के साथ-साथ जल के समुचित उपयोग के लिए समझ पैदा की जा रही है इसके परिणाम स्वरूप ग्रामीण जन अपने से ही आगे आकर बोरी के कार्य को परिणित कर रहे हैं।
इसके साथ-साथ जिले में फेल हो चुके बोरवेल को सैंड फिल्टर रिचार्ज स्पीड के माध्यम से फिर से प्रारंभ किए जाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है साथ ही भूजल स्तर पर रिचार्ज के लिए पर्कोलेशन टैंक एवं मनरेगा की डबरियों में इंजेक्शन वेल तकनीक से भूजल को रिचार्ज करने के निर्देश कलेक्टर द्वारा सभी जिला और जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों को दिए गए है।
केंद्रीय ग्राउंडवाटर बोर्ड के रिपोर्ट के अनुसार जिले की बिल्हा और तखतपुर विकासखंड सेमी क्रिटिकल श्रेणी में आते हैं जिनके ग्राम पंचायत में जल संकट की संभावना है जल संकट से बचने के लिए ग्राम पंचायत में विशेष अभियान चलाकर जन जागरूकता और जल के समुचित उपयोग तथा भूजल स्तर को बढ़ाने हेतु संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। महात्मा गांधी नरेगा के तहत भी जल संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन के कार्य लिए जा रहे हैं ताकि भूजल स्तर में वृद्धि हो सके l
जलदूत मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन के माध्यम से भूजल स्तर की जानकारी प्रत्येक मानसून के पूर्व और मानसून के पश्चात रिकॉर्ड की जाती है इसकी जानकारी भी ग्राम पंचायत भवन अथवा सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर लिखकर ग्रामीण जनों को ग्राम के भूजल स्तर की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है ताकि ग्रामीण जनों में भूजल संवर्धन और संरक्षण के लिए जागरूकता लाई सके। इसके तहत जल संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन के लिए शपथ भी ग्रामीण जनों द्वारा ली जा रही है।
