भौवाकापा के ग्रामीणों के लिए वरदान साबित हो रहा जल जीवन मिशन
बिलापसुर, 10 मई 2025/यह कहानी तखतपुर विकासखंड के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत भुण्डा के आश्रित ग्राम भौवाकापा की है। भौवाकापा एक छोटा सा ग्राम है जिसमें 151 परिवार रहते हैं। जल जीवन मिशन आने के पहले गांव के लोगों को पेय जल सम्बंधित समस्या बनी रहती थी। भौवाकापा के लोगों को पीने के पानी के लिए हैण्डपंप पर निर्भर रहना पड़ता था और गर्मी के दिनों में भू जल स्तर में गिरावट की समस्या के कारण हैण्डपंप से भी पानी नहीं मिल पाता था, तब गांव में हैण्डपंप होने के बाद भी पेयजल संबंधित समस्या बनी रहती थी। अब जल जीवन मिशन के तहत भौवाकापा में एकल ग्राम योजना अंतर्गत 44.16 लाख रूपये की लागत से पूरे गांव में 151 टेपनल कनेक्शन दिए जाने के लिए 40,000 लीटर का उच्च स्तरीय जलागार का निर्माण किया गया एवं 1894 मीटर यू.पी.वी.सी. पाइप लाइन ग्राम में बिछाया गया है।भौवाकापा में जल जीवन मिशन का पानी पहुंचने से लोगों में खुशी की लहर व्याप्त है, अब भौवाकापा के लोगों को पेयजल संबंधित समस्या से निजात मिल गई है।
जल जीवन मिशन के तहत हितग्राही कुमारी सुरूज लहरे का कहना है कि जल जीवन मिशन से पहले उन्हें पेयजल के लिए हैण्डपंप पर निर्भर रहना पड़ता था और अपनी बारी के इंतजार में बहुत समय व्यतित हो जाता था जिससे वे अपने घरेलु कार्यों को करने में पिछड़ जाती थी और कई महत्वपुर्ण कार्य समय के कमी के कारण चुक जाता था। कुछ साल पहले हैण्डपंप पर पावर पंप लगाया गया जिससे पानी निकालने में लगने वाला श्रम का बचत तो हुआ परंतु शुद्ध पेयजल के लिए घर से बाहर दूर ही जाना पढ़ता था और पंप खराब होने कि स्थिति में पानी की गंभीर समस्या होती थी, जल जीवन मिशन के तहत अब घर पर ही टेप नल लगाये जाने से पानी भरने हेतु बाहर दूर जाना नहीं पड़ता, अब घर का सारा काम सही समय पर हो जाता है।
हितग्राही श्री हरप्रसाद चतुर्वेदी का कहना है कि इस योजना से पहले पानी भरने के लिए उन्हे दुसरे मोहल्ले जाना पड़ता था वहां लोगों की भारी भीड़ हुआ करता था जिसके कारण पानी भरने में बहुत मशक्कत करनी पड़ता था कई बार इनही लोगों से लड़ाई हो जाया करती थी परंतु अब जल जीवन मिशन योजना से घर पर ही शुद्ध पेयजल पाप्त हो रहा है जिससे मैं बहुत खुश हूं।
भौवाकापा के ग्रामवासियों का कहना है कि जल जीवन मिशन ने भौवाकापा के लोगों के जीवन स्तर में काफी परिवर्तन लाया है, जहां लोग पहले पेयजल के लिए अपना मुख्य कार्य भी छोड़ देते थे परंतु अब घर पर नल से जल मिल जाने से लोग अपने मुख्य कार्य जैसे कृषि एवं अन्य व्यवसाय आदि पर ध्यान दे पाते है जिससे लोगों के आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार संभव हुआ। ग्रामीणों ने जल जीवन मिशन योजना के लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय का धन्यवाद दिया।
