Hospital महंगे इलाज से गरीब मरीजों को मिलेगी राहत : बिलासपुर को जल्द मिलने वाली है क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल की सौगात

Critical care unit केन्द्र और राज्य के संयुक्त बजट से जिला अस्पताल में शुरू हुआ कार्य, कलेक्टर ने स्थल निरीक्षण कर दिए जरूरी निर्देश
बिलासपुर/बिलासपुर जिले सहित पूरे संभाग के लोगों को महंगे इलाज से राहत मिलेगी। आधुनिकतम चिकित्सा सुविधा और उच्च स्तरीय तकनीकी उपकरणों से सुसज्जित 75 बिस्तर वाला क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल बिलासपुर में जिला अस्पताल के नजदीक बनने जा रहा है। गंभीर और आपात स्थिति में आने वाले मरीजों को यहां इलाज की स्वास्थ्य सुविधा मिलेगी। प्रधानमंत्री आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य अधोसंरचना के तहत 36 करोड़ 35 लाख रूपए की लागत से तैयार किया जएगा। दो वर्षों के भीतर यह अस्पताल बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा। निर्माण एजेंसी सीजीएमएससी को बनाया गया है। कलेक्टर ने आज इसका स्थल निरीक्षण कर निर्माण के संबंध में जरूरी निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान जिला अस्पताल के सिविल सर्जन डॉ. अनिल गुप्ता एवं निर्माण एजेंसी के लोग मौजूद थे।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य अधोसंरचना मिशन का शुभारंभ किया गया। इसमें 5 लाख से अधिक आबादी वाले जिलों में क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल ब्लॉक बनाने की योजना शामिल है। इसी योजना के तहत इस 75 बिस्तरों वाले क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसमें निर्माण कार्य के लिए 24.95 करोड़ रूपए का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसी प्रकार अत्याधुनिक उपकरणों के लिए 11.40 करोड़ रूपए मंजूर किये गये हैं। कुल स्वीकृत राशि का 60 प्रतिशत केन्द्रांश एवं 40 प्रतिशत राज्यांश द्वारा स्वीकृत किया जाएगा। पांच मंजिला इस अस्पताल में चौबीसों घंटे उच्च स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सुविधा मुहैया कराई जाएगी। यहां आईसीयू के 12 बेड, एचडीयू के 12, आईसोलेशन वार्ड 30, आईसोलेशन रूम 5, डायलिसिस 4, एमसीएच 4, इमरजेंसी 10 इस प्रकार कुल 75 बेड और 2 ट्राएज शामिल होंगे। कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश शरण द्वारा इसके लिए लगातार प्रयास कर जमीन का चिन्हांकन किया गया। जिला अस्पताल के नजदीक राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम के पुराने संभागीय कार्यालय की जमीन पर इसका निर्माण किया जा रहा है।
क्रिटिकल केयर अस्पताल में गंभीर मरीजों को त्वरित इलाज मिलेगा। गंभीर मरीजों का परीक्षण कर उन्हें पहले यहां स्थिर किया जाएगा फिर आवश्यकतानुसार उन्हें जिला अस्पताल के संबंधित वार्ड में इलाज के लिए भेजा जाएगा। इस अस्पताल में संपूर्ण सुविधा जैसे एक्स-रे, सोनोग्राफी, पैथोलॉजी, एमआरआई, सीटीस्कैन जैसी तमाम सुविधाएं मरीजों के लिए उपलब्ध होगी। गरीब तबके के मरीजों के लिए यह सुविधा वरदान साबित होगी। पूरे बिलासपुर संभाग के मरीजों को इसका फायदा मिलेगा। क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल में मरीज का तत्काल परीक्षण करने के पश्चात इलाज मुहैया होने से स्वास्थ्य में तेजी से सुधार आएगा। इन सुविधाओं के साथ जिला अस्पताल आधुनिकतम अस्पतालों की श्रेणी में आ जाएगा।
