Manipur: मणिपुर मुख्यमंत्री ने पद से दिया इस्तीफा, नए CM की नियुक्ति तक संभालेंगे पद

मणिपुर । एन. बीरेन सिंह मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री ने रविवार शाम मुख्यमंत्री के पद से इस्तीफा दिया। उन्होंने राज्यपाल को अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया है। हालांकि राज्यपाल अजय कुमार भल्ला ने उन्हें नए मुख्यमंत्री की नियुक्ति तक पद संभालने के लिए कहा है। पिछले साल के अंत में राज्य में जातीय हिंसा को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री बीरेन सिंह ने जनता से माफी मांगी थी। उन्होंने कहा था कि यह पूरा साल बेहद खराब रहा। मैं राज्य के लोगों से तीन मई 2023 से लेकर आज तक जो कुछ भी हुआ है, उसके लिए माफी मांगता हूं। कई लोगों ने अपने प्रियजनों को खो दिया। कई लोगों ने अपना घर छोड़ दिया। मुझे इसका दुख है। पिछले तीन-चार महीनों में शांति की स्थिति देखकर मुझे उम्मीद है कि 2025 में राज्य में सामान्य स्थिति बहाल हो जाएगी।
एन बीरेन सिंह ने अपने इस्तीफे में क्या कहा
राज्यपाल को सौंपे गए अपने इस्तीफे में उन्होंने लिखा, मैं नोंगथोम्बम बीरेन सिंह मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री के पद से अपना इस्तीफा सौंप रहा हूं। मणिपुर के लोगों की सेवा करना मेरे लिए सम्मान की बात रही है। मैं केंद्र सरकार अत्यंत आभारी हूं, जिन्होंने समय पर कार्यवाही, हस्तक्षेप, विकास कार्य और विभिन्न परियोजनाओं को लागू किया, ताकि मणिपुर के हर एक नागरिक के हित की रक्षा की जा सके। मेरी केंद्र सरकार से ईमानदार अपील है कि वे इसी तरह काम जारी रखें। मैं कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं को आपके सामने रखना चाहता हूं-
1- मणिपुर की क्षेत्रीय अखंडता को बनाए रखा जाना चाहिए, जिसका हजारों वर्षों का समृद्ध और सभ्य इतिहास है।
2- सीमा पर घुसपैठ रोकी जानी चाहिए और अवैध प्रवासियों को देश से बाहर करने की नीति बनाई जाए।
3- नशे और नशे के आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई जारी रखी जाना चाहिए।
4- एमएफआर की कड़ी और पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित नई व्यवस्था लागू की जानी चाहिए, जिसमें बायोमेट्रिक जांच सख्ती से की जाए।
5- सीमा पर समयबद्ध और तेजी से काम जारी रहना चाहिए।
