कानपुर — एक हिस्ट्रीशीटर बदमाश विकास दुबे पर छापे के दौरान अपराधियों की फायरिंग में यूपी पुलिस के एक डिप्टी एसपी देवेन्द्र मिश्रा समेत आठ जवान शहीद हो गये हैं। कानपुर के आसपास से और पुलिस बल मँगाया गया है। घायल पुलिस जवानों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
यह घटना कानपुर देहात क्षेत्र के चौबेपुर थानान्तर्गत बिकरू गाँव में घटी है। जहाँ देर रात पुलिस की टीम हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे को पकड़ने पहुँची थी , तभी बदमाशों ने घेरकर पुलिस टीम पर अंधाधुंध गोलियाँ बरसा दी। इस आकस्मिक घटना से डिप्टी एसपी समेत आठ पुलिस जवान शहीद हो गये वहीं कुछ पुलिसकर्मियों के घायल होने की भी जानकारी मिल रही है। जिसे उपचारार्थ अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। घटना के बाद से और पुलिस बल मँगाकर पुलिस ने गाँव को चारो ओर से घेर लिया है और ड्रोन से निगरानी भी की जा रही है।
कौन है हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे ?
हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे वर्ष 2001 में दर्जा प्राप्त राज्यमंत्री संतोष शुक्ला हत्याकांड का मुख्य आरोपी है। वर्ष 2000 में कानपुर के शिवली थानाक्षेत्र स्थित ताराचंद इंटर कॉलेज के सहायक प्रबंधक सिद्धेश्वर पांडेय की हत्या में भी विकास का नाम आया था। कानपुर के शिवली थानाक्षेत्र में ही वर्ष 2000 में रामबाबू यादव की हत्या के मामले में विकास की जेल के भीतर रहकर साजिश रचने का आरोप है। वर्ष 2004 में केबिल व्यवसायी दिनेश दुबे की हत्या के मामले में भी विकास आरोपी है। 2003 में कानपुर देहात के शिवली थाने के अंदर घुस कर इंस्पेक्टर रूम में बैठे तत्कालीन श्रम संविदा बोर्ड के चैयरमेन, राज्य मंत्री का दर्जा प्राप्त भाजपा नेता संतोष शुक्ल को गोलियों से भून दिया था। कोई गवाह ना मिलने के कारण केस से बरी हो गया।
