बिलासपुर, 15 जनवरी 2025/ छत्तीसगढ़ के बिलासपुर जिले में स्थित गुरू घासीदास केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के 11 वें दीक्षांत समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि देश के उपराष्ट्रपति श्री जगदीप धनखड़ ने समारोह में उपाधि और गोल्ड मेडल प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों को अग्रिम जीवन की बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा गुरु घासीदास एकता और समानता के प्रतीक थे हमें उनकी शिक्षाओं और संदेशों से प्रेरित होकर आगे बढ़ना चाहिए। उन्होंने युवाओं को बदलती तकनीकी से तालमेल बैठते हुए हुए कौशल एवं नवाचार के साथ आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जीवन में कभी भी असफलता से घबराएं नहीं बल्कि उससे सीख लेते हुए आगे बढ़ें। उन्होंने विश्वास और साहस के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए राष्ट्र के विकास में योगदान देने के लिए युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित किया।
समारोह में सत्र 2022-23 के 78 एवं 2023-24 की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले 77 विद्यार्थियों को विश्वविद्यालय स्वर्ण मंडित पदक, 09 दानदाता पदक, 01 गुरू घासीदास पदक तथा 01 कुलाधिपति पदक सहित 85 पदक प्रदान किये गये, इसके साथ ही सत्र 2022-23 एवं सत्र 2023-24 के कुल 122 शोधार्थियों को पीएचडी की उपाधि प्रदान की गई। उपराष्ट्रपति श्री जगदीप धनखड़ ने गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ के तहत रुद्राक्ष का पौधा लगाया और वृक्षारोपण का संदेश दिया।
उपराष्ट्रपति श्री धनखड़ ने समारोह में आगे कहा कि समावेशी विकास भारत की परंपरा का हिस्सा रहा है। विकास का लाभ समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे ऐसा हमें प्रयास करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सुशासन के संकल्प के साथ भारत विकास की दिशा में लगातार आगे बढ़ रहा है, रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने युवाओं को अवसरों को पहचानने और नवाचारों के साथ निरंतर आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। श्री धनखड़ ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ खनिज बाहुल्य राज्य है। यहां समृद्धि की काफी संभावनाएं हैं, इसलिए विकास की ऐसी रणनीति बनाएं जिससे सामूहिक समृद्धि बड़े और जन-जन का विकास संभव हो। उन्होंने कहा कि विगत वर्ष में नक्सली उन्मूलन की दिशा में काफी अच्छे प्रयास हुए हैं और इन क्षेत्रों में विकास की रफ्तार भी बढ़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जनजातियां छत्तीसगढ़ की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक परंपरा की स्रोत है। उपराष्ट्रपति ने समारोह में सम्मानित होने वाले सभी विद्यार्थियों एवं उनके पालकों तथा विश्वविद्यालय परिवार को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल श्री रमेन डेका ने दीक्षांत समारोह के कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय भारत के विशिष्ट शैक्षणिक, श्रेणीबद्ध स्वायत्त संस्थानों में से एक है। गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय अनुसंधान, पेटेंट और प्रतिष्ठित पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशन में विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा की गई प्रगति विश्व स्तरीय विश्वविद्यालयों के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करने की क्षमता को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरु घासीदास विश्वविद्यालय, एक ऐसी संस्था है जिसने लगातार छत्तीसगढ़ में शिक्षा और ज्ञान के मार्ग को रौशन किया है। राज्यपाल ने सम्मानित होने वाले विद्यार्थियों को बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि यह उपलब्धि उनके वर्षों के समर्पण, दृढ़ता और कड़ी मेहनत की पराकाष्ठा का प्रतिफल है। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरु घासीदास जी महान संत थें, जिनके नाम पर इस विश्वविद्यालय का नामकरण किया गया है। सत्य, अहिंसा, करुणा और सद्भाव की उनकी शिक्षाएं हम सभी के लिए मार्गदर्शक के रूप में काम करती हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि विविधता का सम्मान करें और देश की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत को संजोए रखें।
दीक्षांत समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने कहा कि दीक्षांत समारोह छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए केवल एक औपचारिकता नहीं है। यह एक अच्छा अवसर है जो बदलाव, आत्मंथन और प्रेरणा का प्रतीक है। हमारे लिए गर्व का अवसर और बढ़ जाता है कि छत्तीसगढ़ का इकलौता केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय महान संत बाबा गुरू घासीदास जी के नाम पर स्थापित है। जो ज्ञान, समावेशिता और सांस्कृतिक गर्व का प्रतीक है और अपनी स्थापना के समय से ही केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय ने छत्तीसगढ़ की बौद्धिक प्रगति को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। इसकी प्रतिष्ठा केवल हमारे राज्य तक में सीमित नही है बल्कि राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी फैली है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा भारत विश्व गुरू के रूप में विख्यात रहा है। इसके पीछे नालंदा और तक्षशिला जैसे ज्ञान विज्ञान से समृद्ध विश्वविद्यालय रहे हैं। इस विश्वविद्यालय ने केवल शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियां हासिल नहीं की है बल्कि एक ऐसा उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया है कि किस तरह से एक शिक्षण संस्थान समाज की जरूरतों को पूरा कर सकता है।
श्री साय ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय में स्वाभिमान थाली योजना, सारथी योजना, सुदामा योजना, श्रवण हेल्पलाइन और हेल्दी यूनिवर्सिटी मूवमेंट जैसे अभिनव प्रयास यहां हुए हैं। विश्वविद्यालय ने नवाचारों के जरिए यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि हर छात्र को न केवल शिक्षा मिले बल्कि एक बेहतर जीवन जीने का मौका भी मिले। समानता, सशक्तिकरण और स्थिरता पर आधारित ये सभी प्रयास छत्तीसगढ़ की विकास यात्रा के साथ गहराई से जुड़े हैं। गुरू घासीदास केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय ने शिक्षा को आधुनिक युग की चुनौतियों और अवसरों के साथ जोड़ते हुए एक नयी पहचान बनाई है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि आपकी उपलब्धियां यहां दिखाती हैं कि छत्तीसगढ़ के हृदय में स्थित एक विश्वविद्यालय कैसे ज्ञान और नवाचार का वैश्विक केंद्र बन सकता है।
