कलेक्टर ने की 15 साल से पुराने वाहनों की नीलामी की समीक्षा
बिलासपुर/ कलेक्टर अवनीश शरण ने अधिकारियों की मंथन सभाकक्ष में बैठक लेकर 15 साल से पुराने शासकीय वाहनों की नीलामी की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। वित्त विभाग ने ऐसे सभी वाहनों को नीलामी के निर्देश दिए हैं। जिले में 15 साल से पुराने विभिन्न प्रकार के 261 वाहनों की जानकारी सामने आई है। पुराने वाहनों की नीलामी के बाद संबंधित विभागों को नए वाहन मुहैया कराए जाएंगे। कलेक्टर ने 30 अक्टूबर के पहले नीलामी की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में जिला आरटीओ श्री आनंद रूप तिवारी सहित सभी संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
कलेक्टर ने विभागवार प्रगति की जानकारी लेकर निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने ऐसे सभी वाहनों को पोर्टल में कल तक दर्ज करने को कहा है। पंजीकृत वाहनों की अपसेट प्राइज निर्धारित करने के लिए समिति को आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए। आरटीओ, पीडब्ल्यूडी विद्युत यांत्रिकी और संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी इस समिति में शामिल है। समिति द्वारा मौका मुआयना कर भौतिक मूल्य का निर्धारण किया जाएगा। आरटीओ श्री तिवारी ने बताया कि स्क्रैपिंग संबंधी सूचनाओं के आदान प्रदान और शंका समाधान के लिए व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बनाया गया है। सभी संबंधित अधिकारी इस ग्रुप से जुड़ जाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले में 261 वाहन पंद्रह साल से पुराने चिन्हित किए गए हैं। इसमें सभी तरह के वाहन और 38 विभागों से संबंधित हैं। ज्यादातर वाहन स्वास्थ्य विभाग, एसईसीएल और नगर निगम से संबंधित हैं।About The Author
