महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में रेलवे की पहल: बिलासपुर-कोरबा-बिलासपुर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में महिला TTE कर रहीं टिकट चेकिंग
बिलासपुर/ दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे बिलासपुर जोन के बिलासपुर रेल मंडल अंतर्गत महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में अभिनव पहल की गई है। रविवार से पहली बार ट्रेन संख्या 08210/18237 बिलासपुर – कोरबा – बिलासपुर (BSP-KORBA-BSP) एक्सप्रेस में टिकट चेकिंग का संपूर्ण कार्य महिला टीटीई की टीम को सौंपा गया है। टीम ने आज से टिकट चेकिंग का काम शुरू कर दिया है।
मंडल रेल प्रबंधक प्रवीण पांडेय के मार्गदर्शन और मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक अनुराग कुमार सिंह के निर्देशन में मंडल वाणिज्य विभाग ने बिलासपुर – कोरबा – बिलासपुर एक्सप्रेस में टिकट चेकिंग का संपूर्ण कार्य महिला टीम ने शुरुआत की।
महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देना
इस विशेष ट्रेन की टीम में शामिल महिला कर्मियों ने बेहतर प्रदर्शन करते हुए ट्रेन के संचालन में सहयोग दिया। मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक ने दावा किया कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देना है। यह इस दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
किसी भी क्षेत्र में महिलाएं का पुरुषों के बराबर प्रदर्शन
