पीएम मोदी ने जजों को किया संबोधित, बोले- ज्यूडिशियरी पर जनता का अटूट विश्वास
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Narendra Modi) ने शनिवार,31 अगस्त को दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आयोजित दो दिवसीय नेशनल ज्यूडिशियरी कॉन्फ्रेंस (National Judiciary Conference 2024) के इनॉगरल सेशन को संबोधित किया। पीएम मोदी ने इस मौके पर डिस्ट्रिक्ट जजों को संबोधित किया। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने जनता के न्यायपालिका (judiciary) और सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) पर अटूट विश्वास पर जोर दिया।
पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि भारत के लोग कभी भी भारतीय न्यायपालिका पर अविश्वास नहीं कर सकते। पीएम मोदी ने जनता के इस विश्वास को बनाए रखने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तारीफ की।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हमेशा देश कर अखंडता की रक्षा की है’
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) की तारीफ की। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हर समय देशहित को सर्वोपरि रखा। पीएम मोदी ने कहा इमरजेंसी (Emergency) का कठिन दौर था, उस समय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ही देश के लोगों को मौलिक अधिकारों (Fundamental Rights) की गारंटी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि हर बार जब राष्ट्रीय एकता पर सवाल उठा, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय अखंडता की रक्षा की है।
न्यायिक ढांचे के सुधार के लिए उठाए गए हैं कदम
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि बीते दस साल में न्याय मिलने में होने वाली देरी को खत्म करने के कई सुधार किए गए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि बीते10 साल में ज्यूडिशियरी के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट के लिए लगभग 8 हजार करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए गए हैं। बीते 25 साल में न्यायिक ढांचे पर खर्च हुई कुल रकम का 75 प्रतिशत हिस्सा सिर्फ पिछले 10 वर्षों में ही खर्च हुआ है।
