गौरेला-पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही/ राज्य शासन द्वारा सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के अंतर्गत जारी किए गए सामान्य एपीएल राशनकार्डधारियों को 1 जून 2020 से 10 रूपये प्रतिकिलो की दर से अधिकतम 2 किलो नमक प्रति राशनकार्ड प्रतिमाह दिए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
कलेक्टर श्रीमती शिखा राजपूत तिवारी ने अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व) पेंड्रारोड और जिला प्रबंधक, नागरिक आपूर्ति निगम को सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली अंतर्गत माह जून 2020 से एपीएल राशनकार्डधारियों को नमक वितरण के संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिशानिर्देश दिए हैं।
दिशानिर्देश में उल्लेखित है कि खाद्य संचालनालय द्वारा प्रदेश में वर्तमान में प्रचलित सामान्य एपीएल राशनकार्डों की संख्या के अनुसार नमक का माह जून 2020 हेतु जिलेवार एवं दुकानवार आबंटन जारी किया गया है। छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य नागरिक आपूर्ति निगम के माध्यम से माह जून 2020 हेतु जारी नमक के आबंटन का समस्त शासकीय उचित मूल्य की दुकानों में 1 जून 2020 से पूर्व भंडारण सुनिश्चित किया जाये। एपीएल राशनकार्डधारियों को 1 जून 2020 से टेबलेट के माध्यम से नमक का वितरण किया जाये तथा टेबलेट के साथ-साथ हितग्राहियों के राशनकार्ड पर भी वितरण नमक की मात्रा एवं मूल्य इंद्राज उचित मूल्य दुकानदार द्वारा किया जाये। उचित मूल्य दुकानदार के द्वारा नमक के वितरण से संबंधित अभिलेखों यथा स्टाॅक पंजी का संधारण भी अनिवार्य रूप से किया जाना है। सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के अंतर्गत उचित मूल्य दुकान स्तर पर गठित निगरानी समितियों को एपीएल राशनकार्डधारियों को प्रदाय किए जा रहे नमक की पात्रता तथा इसके उपभोक्ता मूल्य की समुचित जानकारी उपलब्ध करायी जाये तथा उचित मूल्य दुकानों पर दीवार लेखन के माध्यम से इसका प्रदर्शन किया जाये। इस संबंध में विकासखंड एवं ग्राम स्तर पर व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाये। अनुविभाग एवं विकासखंड स्तर पर सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली की साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठकों में इसकी नियमित समीक्षा की जाए। इस नमक के व्यपवर्तन अथवा दुरूपयोग अथवा निर्देशों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में संबंधितों के विरूद्ध तत्काल छत्तीसगढ़ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (नियंत्रण) आदेश 2016 के अंतर्गत आवश्यक दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
