प्रवासी मजदूरों को मनरेगा में मिलेगा काम, दिहाड़ी में हुई बढ़ोत्तरी

नई दिल्ली — प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 20 लाख करोड़ के पैकेज का ऐलान के बाद वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण राहत पैकेज से जुड़ी दूसरी प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में आज ऐलान किया कि अपने-अपने राज्यों में लौटे प्रवासी मजदूरों को मनरेगा के तहत काम मिलेगा जिसका 50 प्रतिशत तक रजिस्ट्रेशन बढ़ गया है। शहरी गरीबों के लिये राज्य सरकारों को आपादा फंड का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत दी गई है ताकि उन्हें भोजन और आवास मुहैया कराया जा सके। शहरी गरीबों को 11 हजार करोड़ रुपये की मदद की गयी है। सभी प्रवासी मजदूरों को पंचायत में काम मिलेगा , दिहाड़ी को बढ़ाकर 202 रुपये किया गया है। एक जून से राशन कार्ड की नेशनल पोर्टेबिलिटी यानि वन नेशन वन राशन कार्ड लागू किया जायेगा। अगस्त 2020 तक 23 राज्यों के 67 करोड़ लाभार्थी को कवर किया जायेगा। मार्च 2021 तक सभी राशन कार्ड कवर होंगे।
इस स्कीम में एक राशन कार्ड पर राशनकार्डधारी देश के किसी कोने में अपने हिस्से का राशन ले सकते हैं। दो महीने तक प्रवासी मजदूरों को अनाज की फ्री सप्लाई होगी। जिनके पास राशन कार्ड नहीं है उन्हें भी 05 किलो गेहूं-चावल, एक किलो चना दिया जायेगा इसके लिये 3500 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान है। सभी कर्मचारियों के लिये सालाना हेल्थ चेकअप भी अनिवार्य करने की योजना है संसद में इन पर विचार हो रहा है। महिलाओं के लिये नाईट शिफ्ट में काम करने पर सुरक्षा के लिये गाइडलाइन लायी जायेगी।
