जाँजगीर चाँपा — कलेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट जनक प्रसाद पाठक ने दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 के अंतर्गत धारा 144 के तहत जिले में प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश लागू किया गया है। आदेश के तहत सार्वजनिक स्थानों में वैवाहिक तथा अन्य सामूहिक आयोजन को प्रतिबंधित किया गया है। वर्तमान में वैवाहिक मुहूर्त को दृष्टिगत रखते हुये विवाह आयोजन की अनुमति देने के लिये कलेक्टर ने संबंधित क्षेत्र के तहसीलदारों को अधिकृत किया है। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के जारी आदेश के अनुसार तहसीलदार अपने क्षेत्र में विवाह आयोजन की अनुमति सशर्त दे सकेंगे।
कलेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्टेट के जारी आदेश के अनुसार वर-वधु एवं पंडित को मिलाकर कुल 20 सदस्य ही सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति होगी। फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिंग एवं सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा। सार्वजनिक आयोजन, बारात निकालने एवं सार्वजनिक भवनों के उपयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा। विवाह अपने निवास के प्रांगण में ही करना होगा। एक चार पहिया वाहन में ड्राईवर सहित कुल चार लोगों को आवागमन की अनुमति होगी। ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र के उपयोग की अनुमति नहीं होगी। यह अनुमति जिले के भीतर के लिये ही प्रवृत्त होगी। जिले से बाहर जाने की अनुमति का अधिकार जिला स्तर पर सुरक्षित रखा गया है। सामूहिक भोज पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर मास्क एवं हाथ धोने की व्यवस्था करना अनिवार्य होगा। समय-समय पर केंद्र राज्य एवं जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जारी निर्देशों का कड़ायी से पालन करना होगा।
