शक्ति— अखिल भारतीय विकलांग चेतना परिषद के बीसवें राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन एवं राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी तथा सामान्य सभा की बैठक का आयोजन आगामी 22 मार्च रविवार को गीता देवी रामचंद्र दिव्यांग अस्पताल अनुसंधान एवं निशुल्क सेवा केंद्र मोपका बिलासपुर में किया गया है।
उक्तआशय की जानकारी देते हुए अखिल भारतीय विकलांग चेतना परिषद के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री मदनमोहन अग्रवाल एवं राष्ट्रीय कोषाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र अग्रवाल राजू ने बताया कि 22 मार्च को होने वाले राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन एवं कार्यकारिणी बैठक को लेकर सभी सदस्य एवं पदाधिकारियों को सूचना दे दी गई है।
22 मार्च को दोपहर 1:00 बजे से पंजीयन प्रारंभ होगा एवं दोपहर 2:30 बजे से भोजन तथा दोपहर 3:00 बजे से राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी एवं सामान्य सभा की बैठक प्रारंभ होगी, बैठक का शुभारंभ पूजन, दीप प्रज्वलन ,आस्था मंत्र के पठन, सूचनाएं, स्वागत- भाषण, राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री का प्रतिवेदन, राष्ट्रीय कोषाध्यक्ष प्रतिवेदन एवं ऑडिट रिपोर्ट 2019 का प्रस्तुतीकरण, प्रांतीय इकाइयों का प्रतिवेदन, अन्य समितियों का प्रतिवेदन राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के संदेश का पठन,नर्सिंग होम एक्ट के लाइसेंस की जानकारी तथा शल्य कक्ष एवं वार्ड के उपकरणों का अवलोकन, भविष्य के सेवा कार्यो के संबंध में उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों से सुझाव एवं प्रस्ताव का आमंत्रण होगा, राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री मदनमोहन अग्रवाल ने बताया कि बैठक में परिषद के राष्ट्रीय मंत्री गोविंदराम मिरी द्वारा प्रस्तुतीकरण सुझाव व अनुमोदन के माध्यम से प्रस्ताव लाया जाएगा तथा सभी सदस्यों द्वारा प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन कर की कार्रवाई की जाएगी, एवं बैठक के दौरान राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी पाठ्यक्रम एवं निबंध प्रतियोगिता की जानकारी, राष्ट्रीय शोध पीठ के निर्देशक डॉ. विनय कुमार पाठक देंगे तथा अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन परिषद के वरिष्ठ राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. राधेश्याम अग्रवाल द्वारा दिया जाएगा एवं परिषद के मार्गदर्शक वीरेंद्र पांडे का मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त होगा, साथ ही परिषद की इस कार्यकारिणी बैठक में पुस्तक का विमोचन भी होगा– जिसमें डॉ. अनीता सिंह द्वारा रचित साहस को सलाम, डॉ रेखा पालेश्वर द्वारा रचित विमर्श की रचनात्मकता, डॉ. संगीता परमानंद द्वारा रचित प्रकृति उपासक उरांव, डॉ अरुण श्री हरि झाड़गांवकर द्वारा रचित काव्य संग्रह विकलांगता का विमोचन किया जाएगा, एवं इस दौरान राष्ट्रीय मंत्री नित्यानंद अग्रवाल द्वारा आभार प्रदर्शन, शोक प्रस्ताव एवं समापन तथा कार्यक्रम पश्चात स्वल्पाहार की व्यवस्था होगी, राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री मदनमोहन अग्रवाल ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन में बाहर से आने वाले सदस्यों के लिए आवास की व्यवस्था की गई है, तथा श्री अग्रवाल ने अखिल भारतीय विकलांग चेतना परिषद के सभी राष्ट्रीय पदाधिकारियों, सदस्यों, विभिन्न प्रदेश इकाइयों के पदाधिकारियों तथा आजीवन सदस्यों एवं अन्य सभी समितियों के सदस्यों को आवश्यक रूप से 22 मार्च के कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित होने का आग्रह किया है।
