धान खरीदी का रिकॉर्ड बनाया, इस साल 125 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदी की आशा : मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल
रायपुर. मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास कार्यालय से गोधन न्याय योजना के अंतर्गत ऑनलाईन राशि वितरण कार्यक्रम में हितग्राहियों के बैंक खातों में 23 करोड़ 93 लाख रूपए अंतरित किए। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस साल बारिश अच्छी हो रही है और उत्पादन भी अच्छा होने की उम्मीद है। हमारी सरकार हर साल धान खरीदी का रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। इस साल हमें आशा है कि 125 लाख मीट्रिक धान खरीदी की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने इस बार भी छत्तीसगढ़ से चावल खरीदी का कोटा घटा दिया है, हमारे बारदाने का कोटा भी कम कर दिया है। मैंने इस संबंध में केंद्र सरकार को पत्र लिखकर आग्रह किया है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि गौठानों में चार रूपए लीटर की दर से गौमूत्र खरीदकर महिला स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाएं इससे ब्रह्मास्त्र और जीवामृत तैयार कर रही है, जिसे किसानों को रियायती दरों पर उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। किसान अब महंगे पेस्टीसाइट के बदले जैविक कीटनाशक ब्रह्मास्त्र और जीवामृत का उपयोग करने लगे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कार्यक्रम में बटन दबाकर गोधन न्याय योजना के हितग्राहियों के खाते में 23 करोड़ 93 लाख रूपए ऑनलाईन राशि अंतरित की। जिसमें गोबर विक्रेताओं को 5.36 करोड़ रूपए, गौठान समितियों को 1.63 करोड़ रूपए एवं स्व-सहायता समूहों की 1.14 करोड़ रूपए की लाभांश राशि के साथ ही स्व-सहायता समूहों को 12.32 करोड़ रूपए तथा सहकारी समितियों को 1.23 करोड़ रूपए की अतिरिक्त प्रोत्साहन राशि और स्वावलंबी गौठान समितियों के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों को 2.25 करोड़ रूपए की मानदेय राशि शामिल है। शनिवार को गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत हितग्राहियों को 29 करोड़ 93 लाख रूपए के भुगतान के बाद अब तक कुल 581.24 करोड़ रूपए का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने शनिवार को गौठानों में 15 अगस्त से 31 अगस्त तक क्रय किए गए 2.68 लाख क्विंटल गोबर के एवज में गोबर विक्रेताओं को 5.36 करोड़ रूपए का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया। गौठानों में अब तक 133.22 क्विंटल गोबर की खरीदी हो चुकी है, जिसकी एवज में पशुपालन किसानों को 261.08 करोड़ रूपए का भुगतान भी किया जा चुका है। 9 सितम्बर को 5.36 करोड़ रूपए के भुगतान के बाद गोबर क्रय की कुल राशि 266.44 करोड़ रूपए हो गई है। गौठान समितियों एवं महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों को 09 सितम्बर को भुगतान की जाने वाली 2.77 करोड़ रूपए की राशि के बाद इनको होने वाले भुगतान की राशि 275.01 करोड़ रूपए हो गई है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल इस मौके पर गोबर से कम्पोस्ट खाद के उत्पादन से जुड़े स्व-सहायता समूहों को कम्पोस्ट खाद के विक्रय पर प्रति किलोग्राम एक रूपए के मान से कुल 12 करोड़ 32 लाख रूपए तथा सहकारी समितियों को प्रति किलो 10 पैसे मान से कुल 1 करोड़ 23 लाख रूपए प्रोत्साहन राशि के रूप में ऑनलाईन जारी की। मुख्यमंत्री स्वावलंबी गौठानों के 42 हजार 644 सदस्यों को मानदेय के रूप में 2 करोड़ 25 लाख रूपए उनके बैंक खातों में अंतरित किए। गौरतलब है कि गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत गोबर खरीदी के मामले में स्वावलंबी गौठान समितियों की भागीदारी लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। राज्य में निर्मित एवं संचालित 10288 गौठानों में से 6252 गौठान स्वावलंबी हो चुके हैं, जो स्वयं की राशि से गोबर विक्रेताओं से गोबर क्रय कर रहे है। स्वावलंबी गौठानों ने अब तक 76 करोड़ 42 लाख रूपए का गोबर स्वयं की राशि से क्रय किया है। इस अवसर पर कृषि मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू, मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार प्रदीप शर्मा, अपर मुख्य सचिव सुब्रत साहू, कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त डॉ. कमलप्रीत सिंह, प्रबंध संचालक गोधन न्याय मिशन डॉ. अय्याज फकीर भाई तंबोली, राज्य नोडल अधिकारी रीपा गौरव सिंह, संचालक कृषि एवं पशुधन श्रीमती चंदन त्रिपाठी, उप सचिव तूलिका प्रजापति, राज्य नोडल अधिकारी एन.एल.आर.एम. श्रीमती पद्मिनी भोई साहू एवं अन्य अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
