बिलासपुर । डीएमवीवी भारतीय महिला शक्ति फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक दुलाल मुखर्जी के पास विगत कई दिनों से शिकायत मिल रही थी की मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के गुना जिले में डीएमवीवी भारतीय महिला शक्ति फाउंडेशन के नाम से तय सदस्यता शुल्क से ज्यादा राशि ले कर नियुक्ति हेतु दस्तावेज लेकर मुख्यालय तक नही भेजना , स्वयं सहायता समूह से राशि वसूली करना जब कि डीएमवीवी भारतीय महिला शक्ति फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित स्व: रोजगार क्रांति योजना में स्वयं सहायता समूह की माताओं बहनों से एक भी रूपए नही ली जाती यह योजना बिलकुल नि:शुल्क है, साथ ही साथ यह जानकारी भी मिली की जिला प्रभारी महेंद्र सिंह मीना , जिला लेखापाल अनिल मीना द्वारा बहुत ही अभद्रता से बात किया जाता है, इस विषय को संस्था के संस्थापक सह अध्यक्ष दुलाल मुखर्जी ने संज्ञान में लेकर ऑनलाइन कॉन्फ्रेंस मीटिंग के द्वारा सुलझाने का प्रयास किया परंतु इन सारे आरोप को गलत बताते हुए महेन्द्र सिंह मीना एवं अनिल मीना ने अपने आप को सही बताया दुलाल मुखर्जी ने अपने स्तर से इस विषय पर जांच करना चालू रखा और एक जांच टीम का गठन किया और गुना के लिए रवाना किया इस जांच टीम की अध्यक्षता श्रीमति ममता मोरे राज्य प्रभारी म. प्र. करते हुए श्रीमती ममता मोरे ने दिनांक: 09 जून2023 को गुणा जिला पहुंची और जांच करना चालू किया जांच में यह सभी शिकायत की पुष्टि हुई इसी बीच शहरी गुणा से एन.ए.सी प्रभारी बबीता गर्ग के द्वारा कई माताओं बहनों से तय सदस्यता शुल्क से ज्यादा राशि वसुली कर संस्था के नाम को खराब करने का पूर्ण प्रयास किया, उन्ही के क्षेत्रों में पंचायत प्रभारी द्वारा स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओ से भी राशी की वसुली की गई जो की यह इस संगठन के विरुद्ध कार्य है यह जांच सार्वजनिक हो रही थी पुष्टि होने पर बबीता गर्ग के द्वारा अपनी गलती को स्वीकार करते हुए कोर्ट के स्टंप पेपर में लिखित क्षमा मांगा और सभी के पैसे वापस करने की बात कही , इसी पश्चात अब जांच टीम आगे बढ़ते हुए अपना जांच चालू रखा जांच में यह पाया गया की महेन्द्र सिंह मीना को बबीता गर्ग जी के द्वारा 27 लोगो की नियुक्ति के सदस्यता शुल्क 27000 रुपए दिए जिस राशि को मुख्यालय तक नही भेजा गया और ना ही कोई जानकारी दी गई जांच में यह भी पता चला की पूरे जिला में सभी समूह की महिलाओ को महेंद्र सिंह मीना जी , अनिल मीना जी के कहने पर ही वसुली की गई थी , जांच टीम को भी महेंद्र सिंह मीणा जी ने कोई भागीदारी भी नहीं दिखाई यहां तक की उन्होंने गुना जिला का एक नया ग्रुप बनाकर वहां की माताओं बहनों को भी भागीदारी ना करने की सलाह दी इसका साक्ष्य मुख्यालय के पास भी मौजूद हैं उन्हें भड़काते हुए यह भी बोला की जाँच टीम तो 2 दिन में वापस चली जाएगी पर हम सभी को यही रहना है आप सभी हमारे साथ कॉर्पोरेट करें मैं सब ठीक कर दूंगा। और जांच टीम को जो लीड कर रहे थे श्रीमती ममता मोरे जी उन्हें भी बहुत प्रकार से मैसेज कॉल एवं अन्य माध्यमों से उन्हें परेशान कर रहे थे एवं और भी लोगों से फोन करा कर भी परेशान करा रहे थे इन सारी चीजों पर मुख्यालय अपनी निगरानी रखी थी पल-पल की खबर मुख्यालय को दी जा रही थी और मुख्यालय उन्हें मार्गदर्शन कर रहे थे ताकि हमारी जांच टीम को किसी प्रकार की कोई परेशानी ना हो यहां तक कि जांच टीम जाने के उपरांत संस्था के उच्च अधिकारी की सुरक्षा हेतु एक पत्र जारी किया गया जिसे मुख्यमंत्री महोदय मध्य प्रदेश, वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय गुणा, थाना प्रभारी गुणा , महिला थाना प्रभारी गुणा को पत्र जारी कर जाँच टीम की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह किया गया।
