अमृतसर।भारतवर्ष वर्ष 2047 में अपनी स्वतंत्रता के 100 वर्ष पूरा करेगा ।भारतवर्ष ही नहीं पूरा विश्व समाज कल्पना कर रहा है कि उस समय भारतवर्ष कैसा होगा। मेरी कल्पना है कि भारतवर्ष उस समय संपूर्ण रूप से विषमता विहीन और समर्थ भारत केरूप में विकसितहोना चाहिए इसी दृष्टि से औपचारिक और अनौपचारिक का अंतर समूल नष्ट होना चाहिए। श्रमिकों को संपूर्ण सम्मान के साथ उत्पादन की प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित किया जाना चाहिए। आचार्य अरुण दिवाकर नाथ बाजपेई ,कुलपति अटल बिहारी वाजपेई विश्वविद्यालय, बिलासपुर अमृतसर में आयोजित G20 के अंतर्गत L20 अधिवेशन में अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र में श्रमिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा विषय पर संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने यह बात कही।
आचार्य बाजपेई ने यह भी कहा मानव को किसी आर्थिक घटक की तरह नहीं बल्कि मानव की तरह ही देखना चाहिए आधुनिक व्यवस्था मानव की संवेदना से भिन्न है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिस प्रकार से बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियां और संगठित क्षेत्र में एक विशेष प्रकार का अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र विकसित हो रहा है जिसमें वेतन तो अधिक दिया जा रहा है पर सेवा की कोई सुनिश्चितता नहीं है ,कार्य के घंटों का देखी ढंग से निर्णय नहीं होता,परस्पर संबंध भी खराब रहते हैं, इसका उत्तरदायित्व नियोक्ताओं पर डालना चाहिए ।
आचार्य बाजपेई जी ने G 20 के मंत्र वाक्य “वसुधैव कुटुंबकम :one earth, one family and one future ” की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा कि दर्शन को समझने की आवश्यकता विकसित देशों के लिए अधिक है अपेक्षाकृत विकासशील देशों को । विकसित देशों का विकासशील देशों के प्रति सहानुभूति पूर्ण दृष्टिकोण होना चाहिए न कि शोषण पर आधारित। तभी विश्व का कल्याण सुनिश्चित है। आचार्य वाजपेई ने उन्हें आमंत्रित करने के लिए भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय और भारतीय मजदूर संघ को धन्यवाद भी दिया।
