भिलाई। छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय भिलाई के विश्वविद्यालय शैक्षणिक विभाग में एनर्जी स्वराज यात्रा 2020-2030 के तहत “टॉक ऑन एनर्जी एंड क्लाइमेट चेंज” विषय पर भारत के सोलर मैन प्रोफेसर चेतन सिंह सोलंकी द्वारा एक दिवसीय जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया । कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सरस्वती वंदना एवं दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ हुई। अपने स्वागत उद्बोधन में विश्वविद्यालय शैक्षणिक विभाग के निदेशक डॉ. पी.के. घोष ने सोलर एनर्जी के व्यवहारिक उपयोग पर जोर दिया तथा ऑस्ट्रेलिया में ट्रैवलिंग बसों पर हो रही इसकी उपयोगिता का उदाहरण दिया। उसके बाद मुख्य वक्ता प्रोफेसर सोलंकी ने अपने टॉक की शुरुआत “पर्यावरण परिवर्तन कल-आज-और-कल” के साथ की और इसमें उन्होंने “मैं ” शब्द की महत्ता पर बल दिया ।उन्होंने प्रकृति और उसमें मनुष्यों द्वारा लगातार कार्बन उत्सर्जन के गंभीर परिणामों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की और ऊर्जा को भविष्य के लिए संरक्षित करने एवं कम से कम उपयोग करने का संकल्प दिलाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने ए. एम.जी. का सिद्धांत दिया अर्थात अवॉइड, मिनिमाइज एवं जनरेट यानी एनर्जी के उपयोग से बचना, अगर उसका उपयोग करते हैं तो कम से कम उपयोगिता तथा एनर्जी को अपने आसपास ही जनरेट करना इसके अलावा उन्होंने एनर्जी कंजप्शन को अपनी लाइफ में एक तिहाई तक कम करना बताया।डॉ. सोलंकी के मुताबिक जिस तरह महात्मा गांधी ने ग्राम स्वराज की परिकल्पना की थी वैसे ही लोगों को एनर्जी स्वराज को समझना होगा ऊर्जा की जरूरत पूरी करने को टेक्नोलॉजी का गांधीवादी ढंग से उपयोग करने की सीख देने वह गांधी ग्लोबल सोलर यात्रा पर निकले हुए हैं।
